Now I am going to share my recipe post. Today I will share tasty sweet pumpkin fry recipe . It is a absolutely homemade recipe .
Ingredients
Sweet pumpkin /700 grams
Tumaric /1.5 spoons
Salt /2 spoons
Onion /1 piece
Garlic /1 piece
Cumin /4 grams
Green chilli /6 grams
Mustrad oil /25 grams
Water as needed
Firstly I removed sweet pumpkin shells and cut slicely .I cut onion ,garlic and green chilli .
I added tumaric and salt with sweet pumpkin .
When mustrad oil is hot in pan , I fried onion and garlic and cumin . I added sweet pumpkin and I mixed tumaric and salt with pumpkin.
I admixed green chilli with sweet pumpkin . I fried 12 minutes .I Thus I had fried Sweet pumpkin fry recipe .
Sweet pumpkin is very healthy and nutritive food . It is a homemade and easy recipe . I like this recipe. My family liked this recipe after cooking this recipe. Sweet pumpkin fry recipe is very delicious when it is tasted .I hope that Everyone will like this recipe. So you can try it.
