Cooking Is Fun || Crispy Banana || Simple Recipe
How are you, I hope you are in good health always.
See again with me @maulidar.
Seeing bananas is very easy to find in rural areas, with various financial conditions and economic problems during the pandemic. Then I thought about how to make simple and easy dishes, eliminating hunger in the stomach of my beloved family without many pockets draining during covid.
How to make crispy and crunchy fried bananas is quite easy to do. Even though nowadays various kinds of processed food snack recipes are getting more and more popular in the world, this creamy fried banana snack is still favored by the younger generation.
The preparation is quite easy and the taste is also delicious, we can also make crispy fried bananas as a small dish when relaxing with friends and family and even better accompanied by a cup of black coffee and warm tea.
As a housewife, I want to share a recipe as a homemade snack Krispy Fried Banana
Ingredients | amount |
---|---|
Banana | 8 |
Wheat Flour | Customize |
Water | Customize |
Vegetable oil | Sufficiently |
Sweetened condensed milk | Customize |
Messe ceres | Customize |
Steps of manufacture
- Step 1
Prepare the peeled banana first, then we split the banana into 2 parts like I did, which is shown in the picture below :
- Step 2
After that we need to prepare the ingredients such as flour, water, pieces of onion and also celery leaves, so that they smell good. Then dissolve all the mixture of all ingredients with water until it reaches a consistency or half runny, so that the flour sticks to the bananas when frying.
- step 3
After the flour melts and feels sticky in your hands, dip the banana halves into the flour so that the flour and banana wrap stick together/sticky to the bananas and then put them in a frying pan that already contains oil. Previously the oil had to be heated first, after the bananas wrapped in flour were put into the hot oil/pan, wait a few minutes for the bananas to change color and then flip them over so they don't burn.
- Step 4
To see the ripeness of the banana, the color will turn brownish red, just ready to be removed, don't let the fried food be charred and drain it using an iron filter so that the oil does not seep into the banana when we eat it. If you don't drain it, it will allow a lot of oil to seep into the banana, but it's a bit annoying in the mouth.
- Step 5, Final Step
With a few minutes the oil has dried to seep in the bananas, not too much, then transfer the fried bananas to a plate. you can add chocolate milk for those who like it, it tastes better in the mouth and makes it addictive, again, and again.
I also added the topic of meses seres on it so that the bananas look nice and luxurious so that snack connoisseurs who see it will want to make it at home, and it also tastes more wow that means more solid, delicious. You can try this recipe of mine, for snacks at home.
I really like the chocolate sprinkles as a complement to food and can upload a tasteful appetite. I enjoy delicious food with my family.
This recipe is very easy and very fast serving with hygienic, halal ingredients without preservatives. Everyone should try it.
