HOW TO MAKE PEANUTS WITH PRACTICAL PICTURES
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
- Groundnuts
- Flour
- Milk
- Sugar
- Salt
- Egg
- Baking Powder
- Nutmeg
- Vanilla Flavour
- Vegetable Oil
PROCEDURES
First you get your groundnuts as seen in the picture below.
You soak the groundnut in hot water and salt for 5 minutes and then dry on the sun or fan.
Then get your flour as seen in the below picture.
Add milk to your flour.
Get your eggs and break it. I am using 2 eggs for this practical.
Add sugar and salt to the egg.
Mix the egg, sugar and salt together. Also add your vanilla flavour to the egg as well.
The mix the flour and milk together. And you will have this result.
I has already started applying the flour and the egg on the groundnut.
So you gradually apply the egg to the groundnuts, then add a little bit of flour gradually, then you mix them all together. You keep applying them little by little for easier mixture; until it turns to this picture below.
After then; you can fry your peanut now. You hit your vegetable oil on the fire, allow it to be very hot. Then you gradually start putting the peanuts small small. Don't put the peanut and leave it on the fire. You have to be turning it until it is ready. If not, there is a possibility of it getting burnt.
When you are done frying your peanut, you will have this result in the picture below.
Here your peanut is ready for consumption.
