Delicious soft banana cake with chocolate chips

Here is a simple and easy to make dessert for the whole family using simple ingredients that you can find at home.

INGREDIENTS:

2pcs ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 & 1/2 all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk (Fresh, whole or evaporated milk)
1tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips

HOW TO COOK:

In one bowl or container, put bananas and smash it with fork or any kind of kitchen smasher.

Add the 2 eggs.

Put 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Add the 1/4 cup of melted butter.

Add the 1/2 cup of milk.

Mix them together with a fork or a whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.

Add the 1 cup of brown sugar then mix it again.

Sift the flour and baking soda into the mixture.

Get the baking pan and grease it with some butter, then put in the baking paper/wax paper. Put the batter into the baking pan and add some chocolate chips on it.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

As you can see in the photo, there are white chocolate chips inside the cake and some are popping out. If you want, you can also do it. Just add some chips (any kind of baking chocolate chips) on the batter. (Optional)

If you don't have an oven, you can also steam it for 40 mins to 1 hour.
