Greetings to all honorable members on steemit community, I come again with piece of note on the topic "Your views about support in the engagement challenges" organised by @crytoloover am delighted to state my views on how support given and it feels to receive it. So without talking too much let's dive in........

EVER since i joined the steemit platform and i started involving my self on engagement challenges it has earned me some great rewards from steem curators and booming support as well. The rewards i got from steem curators on average is $1.95 to $2.58 . That's the average votes i got from steem curators.

I'm excited whenever i log in and see notifications showing votes by curator it inspired and keeps me going on the platform and i was always tempted to post fascinating contents which is the reason i always engage on engagement challenges to earn more steem power that one day i will be able to vote on people's Post too to put simile on their faces.

Yeah i do, I'm satisfied with the support i got from steem curators which depends greatly on how creative and exclusive my article are. The most important thing there is how much is your consistency to the platform? knowing this will go a long way to help one achieve his/her aims.

Am hoping to get high votes from curators by putting more effort with consistency in posting, voting and commenting on people's article to gain more reputation from the platform.

• Newcomers are advised to be creative in their content creation very important. Creativity attract people attention when they see one and they will appreciate your efforts and you will earn alot of support.

• They should by all means avoidPLAGIARISM of any kind as this downgrade ones personality reputation. Very important.

• Create contents that carries important message that can either change people's lives or solve someone's challenges in one way or the other.

• They should choose qualities instead of quantities, by posting quality post be it once or twice in a week will earn you more than posting everyday without quality at the same time not informative, Quality posts will make one more popular in the platform. You will be notice by all the prominent dignitaries in the steemit community.

• Another thing is know the right #tags to use while posting on steemit community very important.

• Be informative in your articles inform people about what may likely happened in the nearest future or even past information that are still valuable. very important.

• So with the above tips when a newcomer want to gain popularity to be notice by prominent people on steemit he/she must apply those tips and many more to them balance.

People who are good in observation find as many suggestions to suggest for improvement. But in my own observation through this few weeks of my stay on the platform what I observed is my TRX Wallet and that's is the only thing i will like to suggest on.

Ever since i join this platform from the day my first post pay out i notice that my TRX Wallet is still showing 0.0000 for almost a month before it starts showing from 2.034 something of that nature. So i will suggest that if a post pay out and steam coins will show so also steem power will show immediately then TRX coins should show immediately too it won't show because even at the moment of this article some of the coins have not yet arrived. This should be properly look into for improvement if it's possible. THANKS.
