La inciativa del equipo de steemit ha Sido positivo hemos visto muchas publicaciones en cada uno de la comunidad que son beneficiados con algun beneficio como los es @booming y algunos equipos de curación pero siempre es bueno mejorar en cada una de las debilidades para fortalecer este ecosistema, la importancia de las que son curadores forman un gran apoyo a las cuenta que tienes más tiempo y más fuerza he podido estudiar que es @steemcurator01 y @steemcurator02 , aunque no he recibido mi ningun voto de ellos me he beneficiado por los curadores que forman parte de las postulaciones mensuales las no cuáles votan por post de calidad ayudando a incentivar a todos los autores pero a veces sabemos que no nos pueden votar a todos.

Las iniciativas son muy buenos porque generamos muchos contenidos en cada uno de los desafíos semanales llamados Challenge que trata de hablar un tema en específico cada semana , me parece un acierto por porque del equipo de steemit muchos participan y reciben votos por sus contenidos de calidad , cuando entre en steemit pensé que no podía obtener votos pero gracias a los curadores que visitan las comunidad he podido crecer un poco y es muy importante estar activo en cada Challenge en la comunidades seleccionadas.

Seré muy sincero en cada una de las preguntas el steemit engagement es una identidad para todos la comunidad existen la opción de buenos votos por partes con los curadores que tiene alto poder de fotos ,me parece que deberia de seguir estás propuesto y colocarlas en todas las comunidades que hacen vida en steemit , esperemos que pronto esté desafíos pueda llegas a las comunidades deportivas es importante crecer en cada una de las comunidades además steemit Challenge engagement atrae a muchos usuario a crear contenidos muy buenos

SC04 y SC08 no han podido visitar algunas de mis publicaciones al parecer no distribuyen los votos de curacion en todas la comunidades se han visto poco creo que la mejor opción es votar todos los días así me ánimo más pero es un punto importante que se tiene que se tiene que tomar SC04 SC08, la verdad me va bien con el grupo de curadores @SC03 @SC06 @sc09 ojalá y los curadores ya mencionados mejoraron su estilo de curar los post.

La verdad es que he participado pocas veces en steemit Challenge la razón es que me desmotive un poco por la cuestión de los votos debe ser porque soy nuevo pero la idea es incentivar a los nuevos a crecer su power up me parece que he participado en 3 oportunidades y nada que aparece @SC04 y @SC08

No es buenos que con lo curadores dentro de steemit voten por algunos personas en específico debe haber equilibrio dentro de las comunidades. Es momento de ver más SC04 SC08 activos

El impacto no ha sido tan grande, si hemos recibidos votos en los Challenge pero votos muy bajos pero también de mi parte falta constancia en los desafíos semanales estaré más pendiente de esos concursos que ayudan a crecer nuestro Steem power estamos empezando y se que pronto vendrán esas buenas curaciones .

Al steemit engagement Challenge le falta la parte del tema de los deportes el equilibrio es importante hablar de todos los temas algunos autores no participan porque no son temas que manejan así recomiendo activar los steemit engagement Challenge en las comunidades dónde el deporte este presente

Los equipos de curadores deben soltar los votas en comunidades que todavía les falta crecer es una buena manera de que los escritores mejoren sus publicaciones me gustaría saber que etiquetas manejan estos grupos de curadores , así que estás iniciativas son buena pero hay que reforzarlas en dónde hayan debilidades

SC04 and SC08 have not been able to visit some of my publications, apparently they do not distribute healing votes in all the communities, they have not been seen very often.
