Welcome to yet another wonderful episode of my engagement challenge presentation. Week two of the challenge has brought with it some unique topics which are quite interesting. In this noble community, we are going to be looking at a topic titled My home sweet home.

Everyone lives in a home whether it's yours or not, you have a place where your rest your head every night. Here in Nigeria, a lot of people sleep under the bridge because they can not afford houses in the cities due to how expensive the houses are.
Well as I have said earlier, anywhere you can eat your head comfortable is seen as your home. Those under the bridge consider the bridge as their home hence they take care of it as though it's their main house. I will be attempting this contest today by answering the questions given below.
1:- What is your house type (classic/minimalist, etc)
Well, I live in a very small house since I'm alone hence I will say the house is minimalist. It's the little I can afford at the moment due to how expensive houses are here in my country Nigeria. Though this house is built using modern infrastructure, it is in the village and hence a lot of things are kept fancy in that regard.
2:- Tell us about the parts of your house.
As I have stated earlier, the house I stay in is a very small one. We call it here self contain because it has a room, kitchen and bathroom which also contain the toilet. The room is where I sleep and also keep all my things such as clothes, cream, books etc. The bathroom which also has a toilet in it is where I take my bath and also use the toilet when I'm pressed. The kitchen on the other hand is where I do my cooking.

3:- What's unique about your home?
Well, as I said earlier, the room is not a big one it is just a small room that fits a young person like me. Here in my home, the unique thing about the room is that it helps to regulate the weather very well I.e if the weather is cold, the room will be warm and if the weather is hot the room will be cold.
Most times when my friends come into my room they will ask if I have an air conditioner that helps to regulate the temperature of the room for me. This is one unique feature that the room has that makes it stand out among others.
4:- When did you build it.
I wasn't the person that built the house. I'm currently staying in the room as a tenant. Though I was told that the house was built about a year ago. I came into the room about 6 months ago after renting the room. The house rent cost about 50,000 NGN which is equivalent to about 312 steem as at the time of writing this contest.
5:- What room do you like the most?
As I have said earlier, the house is made up of only one room, a kitchen and a bathroom. This implies that I love the room so much because that is the only place I stay very comfortable to eat and also study.
Everything that I do aside from cooking and taking my bath is been done in the room. I feel very satisfied most especially because of how the room regulates the temperature.
6:- Where do you spend most of your time at home?
Most of my time at home is spent in my room. I'm not an outing type and I find it difficult also the associate with people that much hence I'm always indoors. I spend most of the time in my room on my bed going through the steemit platform or making research and studying for lectures.
7:- Tell us how you take care of your home (room, garden, pool etc.)
When it comes to how I care for my home, I do that every day because the saying cleanliness is next to godliness is always my watchdog. Every morning, from 7:00 am to about 8:00 am, I sweep and then mop the entire room. I start by washing the bathroom, sweeping the room and the kitchen and also using water and omo to mop the entire area.
This a daily routine for me and I don't allow a day to pass by without doing this. It has helped me always remain clean. Aside from that, I sweep the entire compound every Saturday since there is usually not much dirt in the compound.
My home is quite a small one but I'm also very comfortable with it since I don't have anything much at the moment. As I have said above, it is a rented apartment but hopefully, with time I will build mine as well. I'm comfortable because I have all I need at the moment in my home I.e the kitchen, bathroom and a room where I do my major activities. I want to invite a few friends like @ripon0630, @chiabertrand, @harferri and @lavanyalakshman to also join the contest.

It's really a good thing that your room temperature is controlled. Because my hair can't stay in mild heat. So our rooms should be open where enough air can flow.Good luck for your entry .

You are very diligent in cleaning the house. Home is the most comfortable place to produce quality posts. I also spend a lot of time in my room when I'm at home. My room is my workplace. I have a small corner in the room to pour inspiration there. Good luck for the contest.

In my opinion, comfort and atmosphere play a big role in living happily. There is regardless of the type of house.
But you maintain your home very well.

The size and size of a house is not a benchmark for us to be happy, we should be grateful to have a comfortable place to live, I myself only rely on my grandfather's abandonment house for a place to live, a little embarrassing when I was this old I couldn't even build my own hut
