TELL US HOW MANY DENOMINATION OF MONEY ARE THERE IN YOUR COUNTRY RANGING FROM SMALLEST TO LARGEST AND CONVERTING TO STEEM VALUE
Below is a list of Nigerian currency that has value in the global financial markets;
•50 Naira - 0.5 Steem
•100 Naira - 1 Steem
•200 Naira - 2 steem
•500 Naira - 5 steem
•1000 Naira - 10 steem
EXPLAIN TO US THE 3 IMAGES CONTAINED IN THE MONEY OF YOUR COUNTRY WHAT THOSE IMAGES ARE.
500 NAIRA
You may be wondering why I I'm having two identical currencies but the truth is that our country Nigeria just recently changed and redesign the naira notes maybe because of the upcoming general election so that candidates who embezzle money won't be able to buy votes.
The 500 naira notes shows a picture of a great man who worked so hard in making Nigeria to gain independence, and he is Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe,GCFR PC, and many people called him "ZIK" he is the father of Nigerian nationalism and the founder of the Nigerian youth movement "NYM".
The Nigerian youth movement founded by Dr Nnamdi Benjamin Azikiwe led the fight to free Nigeria from the colonial masters and Nigeria was able to gain independence in 1960 and he became the first president of Nigeria from 1963 to 1966.
200 NAIRA
The picture above shows a great man in the northern part of Nigeria called sir Ahmadu Ibrahim Bello Sardauna of Sokoto (12 June 1910 – 15 January 1966), he was a Nigerian statesman who lead the northern Nigeria the independence of Nigeria in 1960.
He was the leader of the northern people's congress which was by that time the ruling party, he was the former regional legislature and also serves as the first and only premier from 1954 until he was assassinated in 1966.
1000 NAIRA
Above shows the old and newly design of the highest currency in Nigeria which is the 1000 naira notes which shows the picture of two great men.
The first person goes with the name Mallam Aliyu Mai-Bornu (1919 – 23 February 1970) who was a Nigerian economist and also the first indigenous governor of the central bank of Nigeria.
And the second person goes by the name Dr Clement Nyong Isong CFR (20 April 1920 – 29 May 2000) Who was a banker and a politician who later became the governor of central bank of Nigeria (1967–1975) during the military 🪖 regime of General yakubu Gowon.
ARE THERE ANY DETAILS OR SIGNS TO DISTINGUISH THE MONEY FROM COUNTERFEIT MONEY
Yeah there are a lot of differences but let me start with the old naira notes, if you fold it with your palm and release it will immediately unfold it's self while the counterfeit one doesn't rise on it's own, and also when viewing the money in the directions of bright light you will see the central bank sign ☢️ which shows that it is original.
And for the new naira notes even the original ones seems to be bleaching in color when put in pocket for a long time example if you wear a white clothe and you put the new 200 naira or 1000 naira notes inside your pocket the color from the money will stain your pocket and each other at the same time as seen in the picture above.
But in addition Nigeria my country changes and redesign the currency for the purpose of reducing curuption from curupt politicians because of this upcoming general election, but instead of affecting the politicians it turns around and affects the general public at large
The federal government says that the old naira notes is no longer accepted as a legal tender that we should all used the new notes which the total volume in circulation is very low and banks are despencing only 20000 naira a day which has caused a lot of business to close down and hunger all through the nation and a lot of business men are refusing mobile transfer because the cost of money redraw are too high.
Pray for Nigeria, we need a saviour
