Where do you live now, is the Access Road good? explain as necessary.

I reside in Bangladesh, a country known for its vibrant culture, bustling cities, and beautiful landscapes. Regarding transportation, Bangladesh has come a long way in recent years, and there have been significant improvements in the country's road infrastructure.

In urban areas, the roads are generally well-maintained and often crowded with various vehicles. However, traffic congestion can be a significant problem, particularly during rush hour. in rural areas, the roads may need to be more well-developed, and there may be potholes and other obstacles that can make travel challenging.

Despite the challenges, Bangladesh has significantly improved its road network in recent years. The government has invested heavily in infrastructure projects, so many roads have been widened and upgraded to modern standards. Additionally, there has been a push towards using more eco-friendly and sustainable forms of transportation, such as bicycles and electric vehicles.

Overall, while there is still room for improvement, the road infrastructure in Bangladesh has come a long way, and there are many options available for getting around the country. Whether you prefer private or public transportation, there is something for everyone, and the future of transportation in Bangladesh looks bright.

WWhat means of Transport do you use, public or private? Explain it to us.

I'd love to share with you all my preferred modes of transportation. However, I have always been a fan of public transport, and here's why.

Public transportation allows me to sit back and relax when someone else takes care of the driving. It frees my mind to focus on things like reading a book or catching up on work emails. In addition, public transport is usually more affordable than private vehicles, especially considering the added maintenance, insurance, and fuel costs.

In my personal experience, I use public transport more often as it suits my lifestyle and budget. However, I appreciate private transport's flexibility and comfort when needed.

Tell us about the activities that you use with these transports in your daily life?

Sure, I'd be happy to share my daily activities that involve transportation!

Since I use public transport as my preferred mode of transportation, my daily activities usually involve catching a bus or train to work, running errands, or meeting up with friends. I enjoy the convenience of hopping on and off public transport without worrying about finding a parking spot or getting stuck in traffic.

When I'm on public transport, I often use the time to catch up on reading or listening to music. It is a great way to start. On the weekends, I like to explore different parts of the city using public transport, as it allows me to discover new neighborhoods and hidden gems that I wouldn't have otherwise.

Transportation is an essential aspect of my daily routine, and I'm grateful for the options that make my life more convenient and enjoyable.

What is the brand or what is name of the transport you use, if it is a private vehicle what is the price of the vehicle in your country, and if it is public transport what is your daily cost to use it?

Bangladesh has a wide range of transportation options available to its citizens. From private vehicles to public transport, there are various modes of transportation depending on one's budget and personal preferences.

Popular brands in Bangladesh include Toyota, Honda, and Nissan for private vehicles. The price of a brand-new vehicle can vary depending on the make and model, ranging from around bdt 20 lakhs (20,000 usdt) to one crore or more.

On the other hand, public transport is a more affordable option for many people in Bangladesh. Buses, trains, and rickshaws are the country's most common forms of public transport users. The cost of public transport can vary depending on the distance traveled, the mode of transport, and the route taken. For example, a bus ride within the city might cost around bdt 10-20 , while a long journey to another city might cost several hundred bdt.

Overall, the transportation options in Bangladesh cater to a wide range of budgets and needs. Whether it's a private vehicle or public transport, plenty of options are available to help people get around and do their daily activities.

What is the fuel used and how much is the unit price of liters and is it easy to buy the fuel?

In Bangladesh, diesel and petrol are the most commonly used fuel for transportation. Diesel is often used for commercial vehicles such as buses, trucks, and trains, while petrol is used for personal cars and motorcycles.

The fuel price in Bangladesh can vary depending on several factors, such as global market conditions, taxes, and local supply and demand. However, as of February 2023, petrol is around BDT 122 (15 dollar) per liter, while diesel is around BDT 98 (10 dollar) per liter.

Buying fuel in Bangladesh is generally an easy and hassle-free process. Numerous petrol stations are located throughout the country, and most are open 24/7. Payment is typically made in cash or through various mobile payment options such as bKash or Rocket.

However, despite the convenience of buying fuel, the price of fuel can be a significant burden for many people in Bangladesh, especially those who rely on private transport for their daily activities. As a result, the government has implemented various measures to help alleviate the burden of rising fuel prices, including subsidies for certain types of vehicles and alternative fuel options such as compressed natural gas (CNG).

Conclusion

Transportation essential aspect of our daily lives, and as technology advances, we are seeing new and innovative ways of getting around. Electric vehicles are one such example of modern technology transforming the transportation industry. Developed countries have been quick to adopt this new technology, but unfortunately, many countries in Bangladesh still need to catch up.

Despite the challenges, Bangladesh has the potential to catch up and even surpass other countries in using electric vehicles. With the abundance of natural resources and the increasing demand for sustainable transportation options, there is a growing movement toward promoting electric vehicles in Bangladesh.

In light of this, I would like to invite @shohana1, @rasel74, and to participate in this contest and share their thoughts on the future of transportation in bangladesh. Let us come together and explore the potential of this exciting new technology and how it can help us build a better and more sustainable future for all.

This is a well written article dear. Does the bicycle means of transportation really moves fast? Because looking at it, i think one will only use them when they are not in a hurry or going to a short distance

Thank you for your kind words!

While bicycles may not be the fastest means of transportation, they can still get you to your destination relatively quickly, especially in areas with heavy traffic. Additionally, cycling can be a great way to exercise and enjoy the scenery during your commute.
