Sure! One propensity that I do frequently is perusing before bed. I find that it assists me with slowing down following a difficult day and loosen up my psyche before I nod off. I additionally appreciate perusing since it assists me with learning new things and grow my insight.

Another propensity that I have is taking a stroll during my mid-day break. I telecommute, so I must get some natural air and exercise during the day. I find that taking a walk assists me with clearing my brain and return to work feeling revived and stimulated.

In general, you have good enough habits to imitate, walking in the afternoon is good for calming your mind and getting a little more relaxed air.

Another good thing I found in your post is how you get used to avoiding yourself from the android screen or something, this will make you much healthier before starting the time to rest.
