Pangash Fish Broth Recipe With Tomatoes || 30 March 2024

First I took six pitches of Pangash fish and cleaned them well and also cleaned and cut the tomatoes.
After that I chopped the onion and fried the green chillies and minced ginger and garlic.
I smeared the cleaned fish with salt and turmeric and then fried the fish with oil in a pan. Removed after frying.
I added chopped onions to the fried fish oil. Fry the onions a little and add ginger garlic paste and raw chili paste on top of it.
After frying the spices a little, I added turmeric salt and a little water.
After roasting the masala, grind the chopped tomatoes well and add enough water.
After that, after reducing the tomato water, I put the fried fish on top of it and added a little water for the broth and after reducing the water, I sprinkled garam masala powder over the curry and finished cooking.
