1.¿Qué opinas del Steemit Engagement Challenge y el equipo de curadores SC04 - SC08? Es decir, si te va bien, mal o no, elabora según tu opinión.

Actually I am a little new to this platform, I have heard that each community has a support called Booming, which tries to give support to those user publications that are of quality, and at the same time meet some requirements of the platform and communities, which are: #club5050, #club75 and #club100, as well as being original publications and free of plagiarism, and also following the same guidelines are some accounts that are SC04-SC08, so far I have made several publications and I have not been voted, the reason I do not know, but I have heard complaints from other users that do not vote for the publications that should and their votes are referenced.

And with respect to the Engagement Challenge, I think it is a good initiative, because they encourage the reader to comment on the publications of others, but this only happens if they are voted, which leads us to think that they only do it for the votes, leaving us to see that they are not being sincere, because they only comment where the benefit is and not in all publications where it is not, Perhaps if there were more support from more curator accounts, users would be more motivated to write more quality daily publications and not resort to complaining or only be in the communities where the benefit is the highest percentage of votes.

2 ¿Participas a menudo en Steemit Engagement Challenge y a menudo recibes apoyo del equipo de curadores SC04 a SC08?

I have participated very little, first because I am new and second I see that only benefit certain people, I've seen it and I've seen other people say it, maybe I'm wrong but from the little I've seen so it has been, so far I have not received any votes from SC04 to SC04, except SC09 who has voted for me in my 5.1 achievements.

3 ¿Qué impacto han tenido estas dos iniciativas en el desarrollo de su cuenta?

So far it has been very little, maybe it's because I'm just starting, I have made a couple of publications which have been of very good quality and have not been rewarded, 0 votes, seeing others of less quality where I see that the vote is of preference, perhaps because they have been on the platform longer than me.

4 ¿Qué le falta al Steemit Engagement Challenge y al equipo de curadores? dar su consejo (ejemplos: podrían ser patrocinios, porcentajes de apoyo, temas o tal vez verificación de la comunidad)

If there were more support accounts, things would be different, if the people in those accounts appreciated the talent of each one of us as it should be and voted people for their talents as writers and creative people would be much more motivated to continue writing and not to abandon the platform over time for lack of support, example: a publication of 2200 or 2500 words as I usually do can not stay at 0, a user who has made the various achievements of the system should not stay with their publications without support, if they value more the effort of people, time invested plus the cost of internet, people will not complain so much and continue for a long time within #steemit, if each community would have an account of these SC04-SC08 for them alone, people are more motivated.

If @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 would vote more publications different from the ones they are already used to vote, less people would leave the platform, there is a lot of talent as writers within steemit that could be escaping to other places, follow up all those talents and motivate them with your votes and you will see that they are committed to #steemit.

De esta forma me despido con mi participacion esperando que haya sido de gran ayuda, es solo mi opinion, que pienso podría ayudar, la motivación es la clave del éxito, pienso que se podrían hacer mas en esta plataforma.
