Students held a farewell ceremony with the villagers and announced the winners of various competitions.
After a month at the location of the Community Service Program (KKN) in Gampong Puuk, Samudera District, North Aceh, Group 112 students held a farewell event and announced the winners of various competitions on religion held for local children. The atmosphere of farewell took place in an atmosphere of emotion and was full of kinship.
The peak night was held simultaneously with the announcement and handing over of the prizes for the Gampong Puuk children's religious contest, Samudera District, North Aceh, last Wednesday (11/30/2022). Three days earlier, students who were members of Group 112 held various religious competitions.
The head of the committee, Iqbal Rifa'i Berutu, said that the main night event was held at the same time as a farewell to the Puuk residents who had so far received them well and supported all the programs and activities they carried out.
“We feel very valued at Puuk and feel like we are part of the people here. While we were at Puuk, maybe we made a mistake, for that we apologize profusely," said the Architectural Engineering student.
The peak night was also enlivened by traditional Acehnese dance performances presented by Gampong Puuk children and the awarding of competition prizes.
The leader of Puuk, Ismail Bani, said that Group 112 students had carried out various programs and this was a useful legacy for the residents. "The presence of students makes our village feel lively and full of enthusiasm," he said.
Syahira Rizky, as the host of the competition stated that the competition was held to increase children's enthusiasm in learning to memorize surahs and daily prayers.
"This competition is to increase children's religious interest, especially in memorizing short surahs and daily prayers such as prayer for food, prayer for sleep and others," said the student of the Sociology Study Program.
Prizes were given to the winners of the competition in the form of trophies and gifts handed over by a series of village officials who were present at the peak night.
Group 112 field supervisor, Jufridar MSM, expressed his appreciation to the head of Puuk Village and all residents who had accepted students for a month. "Hopefully student programs and activities will benefit the local community," he hoped.
The head of the group, Ariken Subriandi stated that the success of this event was to create a positive impression on the Gampong Puuk community and to increase the enthusiasm of the children to study religion.
"In addition to giving the impression of a good farewell, this peak night event is also to motivate and encourage children in Islamic activities," said Ariken.
Group 112 is Ariken Subriandi (from the Chemical Engineering Study Program) as the group leader, and members M Sami Aljabber and Salsabila from the Public Administration Study Program, Fitriyaningsih (Chemical Engineering), Farhan Ramadhana (Civil Engineering), Syahira Rizky (Sociology), and Fitri Al Faini Siregar (Management).

Malam Puncak dan Pembagian Hadiah Lomba di Puuk
Setelah sebulan berada di lokasi kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) di Gampong Puuk Kecamatan Samudera, Aceh Utara, mahasiswa Kelompok 112 menggelar perpisahan sekaligus mengumumkan pemenang berbagai lomba tentang keagamaan yang digelar bagi anak-anak setempat. Suasana perpisahan berlangsung dalam suasana haru dan penuh kekeluargaan.
Malam puncak digelar bersamaan dengan pengumuman dan penyerahan hadiah lomba keagamaan anak-anak Gampong Puuk, Kecamatan Samudera, Aceh Utara, Rabu (30/11/2022) lalu. Tiga hari sebelumnya, mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Kelompok 112 menggelar berbagai lomba religi.
Ketua Panitia, Iqbal Rifa’i Berutu, mengatakan acara malam puncak digelar sekaligus sebagai perpisahan dengan warga Puuk yang selama ini menerima mereka dengan baik dan mendukung semua program dan kelgiatan yang mereka lakukan.
“Kami merasa sangat dihargai di Puuk dan seperti menjadi bagian dari warga di sini. Selama berada di Puuk, mungkin kami membuat kesalahan, untuk itu kami meminta maaf yang sebesar-besarnya,” ujar Mahasiswa Teknik Arsitektur tersebut.
Malam puncak juga diramaikan dengan penampilan tari tradisional Aceh yang dipersembahkan anak-anak Gampong Puuk serta penyerahan hadiah lomba.
Keuchik Puuk, Ismail Bani, menyebutkan mahasiswa Kelompok 112 sudah melaksanakan berbagai program dan itu menjadi warisan yang berguna bagi warga. “Kehadiran mahasiswa membuat desa kami terasa ramai dan penuh semangat,” katanya.
Syahira Rizky, selaku pembawa acara lomba menyatakan kegiatan lomba diadakan demi meningkatkan semangat anak-anak dalam belajar hafalan surah dan doa sehari-hari.
“Lomba ini untuk meningkatkan minat keagamaan anak-anak terutama pada hapalan surah pendek serta doa sehari-hari seperti doa makan, doa tidur dan yang lainnya,” ujar mahasiswi Program Studi Sosiologi tersebut.
Hadiah yang diberikan untuk pemenang lomba berupa piala dan bingkisan yang diserahkan oleh serangkai perangkat desa yang hadir pada malam puncak tersebut.
Dosen pembimbing lapangan Kelompok 112, Jufridar MSM, memberikan apresiasi kepada kepala Desa Puuk dan seluruh warga yang telah menerima mahasiswa selama sebulan. “Semoga program dan kegiatan mahasiswa memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat setempat,” harapnya.
Ketua kelompok, Ariken Subriandi menyatakan bahwa suksesnya acara ini demi membawa kesan positif bagi masyarakat Gampong Puuk serta meningkatkan semangat belajar anak-anak di bidang agama.
“Acara malam puncak ini selain memberikan kesan perpisahan yang baik, juga untuk memotivasi dan memberikan semangat anak-anak dalam kegiatan islami,” ujar Ariken.

Salut banget sama anak kkn. Mereka membuat kgiatan yang akan selalu dikenang oleh masyarakat Puuk, apalagi ditutup sama lomba berhadiah sebelum mereka pamitan dan meminta maaf. Jadi terharu nih and bikin mewek 😥
