Hello, my wonderful people how are guys i hope everything is moving very well, honestly you guys deserve to be celebrated.
I just want to share my daily work routine with you. I make ladies shoe which i later take to the market to sell. There are people who engage in making men shoes too. Shoe making is not an operation that can be done in a just a day because it has many processes which i will be disclosing to you.
In order to fasten the production and to produce it in large quantity to be enough to those that needs it we do hire some labourers to assist us in the work.
STEPS IN SHOE MAKING
Capital : we all know that before you start any work or business you must have a fixed capital with you. It is after getting the money that you will now make an estimate of how much it will cost you to the work you want to do. You know shoes are counted in pairs, you can ask yourself how much will it cost me to produce 100 pairs of ladies shoe.
Buying of materials :This is when you go to market or warehouse to buy materials you need for the work like leather, rubber, textile, plastic and so on. After buying the material you take them to you shop if you are working at the shop and to your home if you work at house.
Start working: Since you have gotten the material the next step is to start the work, meanwhile you already choose a design of the shoe you want to create, it can be a flat shoe or a heel.
SKILLS IN SHOE MAKING
Marking: It is done with a pattern (shape) and a pen or a marker.
Cutting:This is done by cutting out the marked shape with scissors.
Folding:This is the technique of twisting the marked shape with the material.
Stamping: Applying of a logo of your product on the work.
Sewing :Some of the shoe component require sewing so it is sewed with an industrial sewing machine.
Finishing: This is the final process in shoe making. After applying chemical on the sole and the upper shoe, then warm it on fire and then stick together.
When the shoe is done you then put a fancy on the shoe and package it.
