Thank you for sharing! What a nice, long post full of information - just how I like it. What brought to my attention is that people partially dug in the sand. You wrote that it helps them and gives some relief in their suffering. I have never heard about it. Until now I have seen only kids digging each other for fun, but I never thought it may be therapeutic as well. Thanks for teaching me something new!
