THE WORLD IN 2030 #2 : Steps for the Future Turkey

Today, in the second part of the competition on "How will 2030 be in our country" organized by @pennsif, I am here to write about the changes and what may happen in our country. First of all, he congratulates the winners with their successful articles in the first part of the competition. I wish you continued success. I would also like to thank @pennsif for allowing us to participate in these competitions.

Bugün sizlerle @pennsif'in düzenlemiş olduğu "2030 Ülkemizde nasıl olacak" konulu yarışmanın ikinci bölümünde Kendi ülkemizle ilgili değişiklikleri ve olabilecekleri yazmak için buradayım. Öncelikle yarışmanın ilk bölümünde başarılı yazılarıyla dereceye girenleri tebrik ediyor. Başarıların devamını diliyorum. Ayrıca bu yarışmalara katılmamızı sağlayan @pennsif'e de çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Our Turkey is currently governed by the Presidential system. 20 years ago, it was governed by the Parliamentary system. I can say that this presidential system has led to some changes in our country. If we briefly touch on these, people still cannot express their opinions freely. In order to enter an institution or a job, we had to get to know someone and get a favor. Everyone has become incapable of working as they want. Living conditions became difficult. We were faced with good or bad situations as a result of the policies implemented by a single person in important decisions regarding the future of Turkey. I can say that we have completely broken away from the old systems, especially as a result of the decisions taken on education, health and economy. Economy, health, and education are the lifeblood of a country's development.

Türkiye'miz şu anda Başkanlık sistemi ile yönetiliyor. Bundan 20 yıl önce Parlamenter sistemiyle yönetiliyordu. Bu başkanlık sistemi Ülkemizde bir takım değişikliklere yol açtığını söyleyebilirim. Bunlara kısaca değinecek olursak, insanlar fikirlerini özgür bir şekilde ifade edemez hala geldi. Bir kuruma ya da işe girmek için mutlaka birilerini tanımak ve torpil yaptırmak zorunda kaldık. Herkes istediği iste çalışamaz hale geldi. Hayat koşulları zorlaştı. Türkiye'nin geleceğiyle ilgili önemli kararlar da tek bir kişinin uyguladığı politikalar sonucunda iyi ya da kötü durumlarla karşı karşıya kaldık. Özellikle eğitim, sağlık ve ekonomi konularında alınan kararlar neticesinde eski sistemlerden tamamen koptuk diyebilirim. Ekonomi, sağlık, ve eğitim bir Ülkenin kalkınması için can damarıdır.

Currently, our country is experiencing economic problems. The cost of living is increasing day by day. The salaries of the employees are not enough to support their house. Middle class people in our country are about to disappear. We are faced with a situation where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I am worried about our future because of these adverse conditions. Elections will be held in our country in June 2023. As a result of these elections, we will be able to see more clearly how Turkey is going for the future.

Şu an için Ülkemizde ekonomik sıkıntılar yaşanıyor. Hayat pahalılığı gün geçtikçe artıyor. Çalışanların almış olduğu maaşlar evini geçindirmek için yeterli olmuyor. Ülkemizde orta sınıf insan yok olmaz üzere. Zenginin daha çok zengin olduğu, fakirin daha çok fakirleştiği bir durumla karşı karşıyayız. Bu olumsuz koşullar yüzünden geleceğimizden endişe ediyorum. Ülkemizde 2023 Haziran ayında seçimler yapılacak. Bu seçimler sonucunda Türkiye'mizin gelecek için nasıl bir yol aldığını daha net görebileceğiz.

I believe that our Turkey will develop despite all these negativities and will see brighter days. First of all, I think that the parliamentary system will come back as it used to be. Thus, the Prime Minister will be accountable to both the Parliament and the President. He cannot rule the country alone. He will present the important decisions he will take to the approval of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Ben, Türkiye'mizin, tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen kalkınacağını ve daha parlak günler göreceğine inanıyorum. Öncelikle eskiden olduğu gibi yeniden parlamenter sistemin geri geleceğini düşünüyorum. Böylece Başbakan hem TBMM'sine hem de Başkan'a karşı sorumlu olacak. Tek başına ülkeyi yönetemeyecek. Alacağı önemli kararları Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nin onayına sunacak.

So what kind of Turkey can await us in this system in 2030? Let's talk about them now. First of all, I think that each of our citizens will live in their country in a freer and more civilized way. Thanks to the opinions and suggestions of experts on education, I guess that the problems that cause confusion for the students will be resolved. Currently, the 4+4+4 education system is being implemented in Turkey. I think that without making changes on the system, the quality of education, its conditions and conditions will be better. Namely; Educational buildings can be made more modern day by day, making students feel as if they are being educated at home, so that they can move more comfortably. Our teachers, who are too old, may be required to retire with a good pension with a new draft law. Thus, the quality of education can be increased with new minds of the younger generation. In high schools, students can be given education according to the departments they want to study and directing them to the relevant universities can be considered.

Peki bu sistemde bizleri 2030' da nasıl bir Türkiye bekliyor olabilir? Şimdi bunlardan bahsedelim. Öncelikle her bir vatandaşımızın daha özgür ve daha medeni bir şekilde ülkesinde yaşayacağını düşünüyorum. Eğitim konusunda başa getirilen bilir kişilerin görüş ve önerileri sayesinde, öğrencilerin kafa karışıklığı yol açan sorunların giderileceğini tahmin ediyorum. Şu anda Türkiye de 4+4+4 eğitim sistemi uygulanıyor. Sistem üzerinde değişiklik yapmadan, eğitim kalitesinin, koşullarının ve şartlarının daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Şöyle ki; Eğitim verilen binaların gün geçtikçe daha modern hala getirilerek, öğrencileri sanki evlerinde eğitim veriliyor havasına sokarak daha rahat hareket etmeleri sağlanabilir. Yaşı çok fazla ilerlemiş olan öğretmenlerimizin çıkarılan yeni bir yasa tasarısıyla iyi bir emekli maaşıyla emekli olmaları istenebilir. Böylece genç kuşak yeni beyinlerle eğitim kalitesi artırılabilir. Liselerde öğrencilere okumak istedikleri bölümlere göre eğitim verilerek, ilgili üniversitelere yönlendirilmesi düşünülebilir.

In terms of health, we can go to the doctor by making an appointment both over the phone and online. Because of the high density, we can take a queue for ourselves at a later date. Instead, the government should also involve private hospitals. Some of the costs must be covered by the state. Thus, citizens will not have to wait in line only in public hospitals.

Sağlık konusunda şu anda hem telefondan hem de internet üzerinden randevu alarak doktora gidebiliyoruz. Çok fazla yoğunluk olduğu içinde ileri bir tarihlerde kendimize sıra alabiliyoruz. Bunun yerine hükümetin özel hastaneleri de araya sokması gerekir. Masraflarının bir kısmı devlet tarafından karşılanması gerekir. Böylece vatandaşlar sadece devlet hastanelerinde sıra beklemek zorunda kalmayacak.

Our country has an important place in terms of its geopolitical position. Using the advantages of this, they can sign new projects. For example; Our country is a country surrounded by seas on three sides. Fishing production can be further improved. Maritime transport can be improved. By making promotions about tourism, more tourists can come to our country. Our country, which holds the Bosphorus and the Dardanelles, can go much further in the world's foreign trade transportation in the future.

Ülkemiz jeopolitik konumu bakımından önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bunun avantajlarını kullanarak yeni projelere imza atabilirler. Örneğin; Ülkemiz, üç tarafı denizlerle çevrili bir ülkedir. Balıkçılık üremini daha fazla geliştirilebilir. Deniz ulaşımı, geliştirilebilir. Turizm konusunda tanıtımlar yapılarak ülkemize daha fazla turist gelmesi sağlanabilir. İstanbul ve Çanakkale Boğazını elinde bulunduran ülkemiz gelecekte dünya dış ticaret ulaşımında çok fazla ileriye gidebilir.

Our country also has important underground and surface resources. I think that after the economic conditions in our country are corrected, we will reach the level of prosperity by using our resources in the best way and the bad days will be left behind. Experiencing all four seasons at the same time in our country can revive the agriculture sector. With the new regulations to be made in the field of agriculture, our farmers will protect their land more. He will sow and plant more. In 2030, we will produce and consume ourselves. Our dependence on the outside will decrease. With the new agricultural tools developed, plowing will be made much easier.

Ülkemiz önemli yer altı ve yer üstü kaynaklarına da sahiptir. Ülkemizdeki ekonomik koşulların düzeltildikten sonra kaynaklarımızı en iyi şekilde kullanarak refah seviyesine ulaşacağımızı ve kötü günlerin geride kalacağını düşünüyorum. Ülkemizde dört mevsimin de aynı anda yaşanması da, Tarım sektörünü canlandırabilir. Tarım alanında yapılacak yeni düzenlemelerle çiftçimiz toprağına daha çok sahip çıkacak. Daha fazla ekecek ve dikecek. 2030 yılında kendimiz üretip kendimiz tüketeceğiz. Dışa olan bağlılığımız azalacak. Geliştirilen yeni tarım aletleri ile toprak sürmek çok daha kolay hale getirilecek.

I also want to talk about Technology. As a reflection of the improved economic situation, we will start to manufacture our own vehicles, our own aircraft. The mobile phones, tablets and computers we use will be produced by Turkish companies in a more modern and contemporary manner and sold to the foreign market.

Bir de Teknolojiden bahsetmek istiyorum. Düzelen ekonomik durumun yansıma olarak kendi araçlarımızı, kendi uçaklarımızı üretmeye başlayacağız. Kullandığımız cep telefonu, tablet ve bilgisayarlar Türk firmaları tarafından daha modern ve çağa uygun olarak üretilerek dış pazara satımı da gerçekleşecek.

I would like to end my article with the hope that in 2030 our people will live comfortably and freely, not worry about the future, and feel valued in the country they live in. For a better future, stay well my friends..
