Today I will talk about Akbaş Lake in Antalya's Serik district.

Bir çiçeğin iki taşın arasından açarak yeryüzüne gülümsemesi, bir akarsuyun iki dağın arasından geçerek şırıl şırıl akması, tepedeki bir ağacın rüzgarın hışımına uğrayarak yapraklarını salıvermesi, biz insanoğluna doğanın inceliklerini ve güzelliklerini sunmaz mı? In order to go to Akbaş lake, you need to come to Serik district after about an hour's journey from Antalya city center with your own vehicle. You can reach Akbaş lake by coming to the village called Gökçe Pınar, which is 16 km away from the district. It is a large lake that was built on Koca Stream in order to provide agricultural support to the villagers living here.

Akbaş gölüne gidebilmek için Antalya şehir merkezinden kendi aracınızla yaklaşık bir saatlik bir yolculuk sonunda Serik ilçesine gelmeniz gerekiyor. İlçeden de 16 km uzaklıkta Gökçe Pınar adı verilen köye gelerek Akbaş gölüne ulaşabilirsiniz. Burada yaşayan köylülere tarım desteği sağlamak amacıyla Koca dere üstüne inşa edilmiş olan büyük bir göldür.

On the way to the lake, they greet you at the entrance with an oval-shaped welcome sign to Akbaş neighborhood in the middle of the road. I would like to talk about the beauties along the road in the direction of the stream. I liked the stance of the trees, which defy the years, with their large, self-formed trunks in a symmetrical shape, on the side of the road. It's like this is our place my friends (other trees) and I have been protecting these places for years. I felt like I heard you say

Göle giderken , girişte sizi oval şeklinde yolun ortasındaki Akbaş mahallesine hoş geldiniz yazısıyla karşılıyorlar. Akarsuya istikametinde yol kenarındaki güzelliklerden de bahsetmek isterim. Simetrik şeklinde kendiliğinden oluşmuş gövdesi geniş yıllara meydan okuyan ağaçların yol kenarındaki duruşları çok hoşuma gitmişti. Sanki buralar bizim yerimiz dostlarım( diğer ağaçlar )ve ben buralara yıllarca sahip çıkıyoruz. Dediğini duyar gibi oldum.

You have the opportunity to watch the lake from three or four places. I noticed that in some parts the soil is not dry and muddy. Surrounded by forests, on the grassy areas on the shores of the lake, the flowers had just bloomed and looked very nice. I thought that the most beautiful spot I could watch closely was the starting point of the lake. There were two houses on the lake. They were standing on the water. You can also have a picnic on the beautiful lawns around the lake. But it is strictly not allowed to enter the water

Gölü, üç dört yerden izleme imkanınız var. Bazı bölümlerinde toprağın kurumadığını ve çamurlu olduğunu fark ettim. Etrafı ormanlarla çevrili, gölün kıyılarındaki çimenlik alanlarda çiçekler yeni yeni açmış çok hoş görünüyordu. Yakından izleyebileceğim en güzel noktanın gölün başlangıç noktası olduğunu düşündüm. Gölün üstünde iki tane ev vardı. Suyun üstünde duruyorlardı. Gölün etrafında güzel çimenliklerin üstünde piknik yapabilme imkanınız da var. Ama suya girilmeye kesinlikle izin verilmiyor.

You can hear the sounds of water coming from the hills as you wander around the forest area around the lake. I can say that the natural pools and waterfalls found here add color to the natural beauty of the environment. As they move into the forest accompanied by the sound of water, perhaps even areas where they can set up tents can be considered for the whips.

Gölün etrafındaki ormanlık alanda dolaşırken tepelerden gelen su seslerini işitebiliyorsunuz. Burada bulanan doğal havuzlar ve şelaleler de ortamın doğal güzelliğine renk katmış diyebilirim. Su sesi eşliğinde ormanın içine doğru ilerledikçe kamçılar için belki de çadır kurabilecekleri alanlar bile düşünülebilir.

A small house on the edge of the lake caught my attention. The old plaster of the house was slowly falling off and its red bricks were starting to show. I saw the people living there grazing their goats in the grassy field. They also had three cute daughters. I talked with them. At first they thought I was a tourist. In fact, someone inside said, sister, look tourist. I approached them and introduced myself. I asked their names and whether they went to school. They also answered innocently. He said that they go to a school in the center of the district and a service school picks them up in front of their doors every morning.

Gölün hemen kenarında bulunan küçük bir ev dikkatimi çekmişti. Ev, çok eski sıvaları yavaş yavaş dökülmüş, kırmızı tuğlaları görünmeye başlamıştı. Orada yaşayan kişilerin çimenlik alanda keçilerini otlattığını gördüm. Onların üç tane sevimli kızları da vardı. onlarla konuştum. Başlangıçta beni turist sandılar. Hatta içerinde biri, abla bak turist dedi. Yanlarına yaklaşarak kendimi tanıttım. İsimlerini ve okula gidip gitmediklerini sordum. Onlar da masumca cevap verdiler.
