My Dear steemians🥀
I am @sbsojib from Bangladesh.
Today is Monday, January 10/2022
Today I am in front of you. I am going to talk about different places of Dhaka including Dhaka University. Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh. So far Dhaka has been the capital of Bangladesh five times. They are 1610, 1660, 1905, 1947, 1971 respectively. Now I am going to write about different places of Dhaka city.
First I am going to talk about Dhaka University. Dhaka University is called the Oxford of the East. The first and largest footpath of the country for higher education. East Bengal was one of the neglected settlements of the subcontinent during the British and colonial period. The majority of the people were Muslims. These people, who are lagging behind in terms of economic, political, socio-cultural education, are deprived of getting higher education. After the official declaration of partition of Bengal was made in 2011, the people of the region, especially the Muslims, became very angry and hated the British government. Lord Hardinge visited East Bengal in 1912 to see first-hand the dissatisfaction among the Muslim community over the decision to abolish the partition of Bengal. During this time a group of eminent citizens of Bengal including Nawab Sir Salimullah, Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury, AK Fazlul Huq met Lord Hardinge.
Because of this they talked about establishing Dhaka University in Dhaka and Lord Hardinge accepted it. Later in the same year the matter was passed as an auxiliary bill. A committee of 13 members was formed in 1912 under the leadership of Robert Nathan, Barrister of London, and a detailed report was submitted for the establishment of Dhaka University.
The plan to establish Dhaka University was suspended in 1914 on the pretext of World War I. When Nawab Syed Ali Chowdhury raised the issue in the Indian Legislative Assembly in 1917, the government gave full assurance. The Sadler Commission was formed in 1919 under the leadership of Dr. ME Sadler, a British academician.
The bill of Dhaka University was introduced in the Central Management Council in 1919 and was approved by the Governor General in 1920.Finally, on the 1st of July, 1921, the journey of Dhaka University seat started.
The journey started at Dhaka University with 60 teachers, three residential halls and 877students.Sincethe establishment of Dhaka University in 1921, it has served as a deputy among various organizations of the nation.
From its inception, Dhaka University has been admitted after fighting various adversities.Dhaka University and there have been communal riots at least for many other reasons including question papers.Dhaka University had to survive the language movement of 1952, the mass uprising of 1969and the liberation war of 1971.I really enjoyed traveling to Dhaka University.
It is currently the largest university in Bangladesh. It is currently the largest university in Bangladesh.Since it is the largest university in the world, everyone should study with the aim of Dhaka University. This is because it plays an important role in shaping a student's life. Thus i ended my trip to Dhaka University.Dhaka University is a very good environment for studying and living. Everyone should visit Dhaka University at least once a day.
Wishing you all the best, I am finishing my travel story at different places in dhaka today. Thank you all.
Stay safe, stay healthy, follow all health rules, thank you.
