Good afternoon my friends in this travel community, I hope you are always excited about traveling to new places around the world. I will tell you about a tourist spot that I visited some time ago.

04.jpg

7 Bidadari Waterfall is a waterfall located between the forest border of North Aceh and Bener lively districts, this waterfall is in the middle of the wilderness and offers waterfall panoramas with several different levels. It's like a series of steps in a river. The beauty of the tourist attraction that is stored neatly behind the natural wealth of Aceh continues to invite curiosity for tourists.

7 Bidadari Waterfall is known to have a truly beautiful and enchanting natural panorama. Hidden in the wilderness that is still wild, this tourist spot seems to be protected and preserved. The gurgling of water that falls on the rocks creates a comfortable atmosphere, thus making tourists feel at home enjoying it for a long time.

To go to this tourist spot, at least tourists have to travel a distance of approximately 45 kilometers or by traveling for one hour from Lhokseumawe City to Geredong pase District. The journey to this waterfall is initially quite easy to do, the roads are well paved and there are many transportation options that tourists can use. However, when they arrive in Geureudong Pase Subdistrict, tourists are forced to go through the rocky road which is quite extreme in dividing the wilderness. The condition of the road is still in the form of soil mixed with rocks, so it is quite challenging and stimulates everyone's adrenaline.

Uniquely, there are no signs that will give directions to the location of the waterfall. Therefore, tourists must have sufficient information and be diligent in asking local residents. Or you can hire a local guide in the area.
Tourists will be directed to go to Satya Agung Oil Palm Plantation. The condition of the road is still sloping and as usual full of rocks. Especially during the dry season, the roads are usually very dusty.

After the oil palm plantation, visitors will cross the river via a wooden bridge. The view is quite refreshing to the eye here. After that, you have to cross a creek. Soon, tourists will arrive at a barracks. The barracks are the accommodation for oil palm plantation workers. This place is also a parking area for those who want to trek to the waterfall. In this barracks there is also a stall for those who want to rest before starting the trip.

From here we will pass through the terrain in the form of dirt and rocky roads. In the rainy season, this road will be very muddy. This is usually the main target of trail bike users. Therefore, many tourists who visit 7 Bidadari Waterfall usually use two-wheeled vehicles such as dirt bikes that can go through rough terrain. When passing through the path that divides the forest, visitors often have to go up and down hills, past oil palm plantations, and rivers that reach the waist of an adult. Many also, motorists who can not afford and give up in the middle of the road so forced to be evacuated. This tourist spot is indeed very suitable for someone who is adventurous and likes a challenge.

In the midst of traveling through the forest, tourists will be presented with natural views of shady trees, green hills, and a vast expanse of oil palm plantations. This view seems to be an oasis from the weight of the terrain and the difficult roads that must be traversed by tourists.

After making a long journey that drains stamina with an estimated 4-5 hour journey on foot, tourists will find a large river flow and several tributaries crossing it. This indicates that you have arrived at this waterfall area.

Approaching the location of the waterfall, there is an area for camping. Tourists can set up a tent here. There are also some simple wooden huts. This hut is very useful especially when it rains. You can also stay at 7 Bidadari Waterfall by building a tent around it. By spending the night around the waterfall, it will certainly provide an unforgettable experience. Especially when your stomach is hungry you can find fish by throwing a hook in the river. With enough earthworm bait, you will get fresh fish that is ready to be grilled into a delicious meal. Make a bonfire when night falls, the warmth of togetherness will be separate in the middle of the thick jungle.

From this campsite, tourists still need to walk about 10 more minutes. The route passes through a wide river. Then, follow the flow of the river towards the upstream. This is where the 7 Bidadari Waterfall is located.

7 Bidadari Waterfall has 7 levels of waterfalls with different beauty, the distance between the levels is about 3 to 4 meters with an average waterfall height of 5 meters. If tourists are curious, they can explore this waterfall level by level the granite rock. The water flows over wide rocks with the depth of the river around it reaching 1-2 meters. The situation is surrounded by a cool and beautiful natural forest atmosphere. If the current is not too heavy, tourists can swim here.
The charm offered by the 7 Bidadari Waterfall is indeed very charming, the clear bluish water can be drunk directly to just quench thirst. It's a special tourist spot that is worth the struggle to achieve.

Not far from the location of the waterfall, there is another interesting spot, namely Telaga Biru. To achieve it still need to walk again up. It took about 45 minutes to walk to the top of the waterfall location. This lake is a natural lake surrounded by forests and trees. The surface of the water is calm, with a beautiful turquoise color. Very tempting to be enjoyed by swimming or just playing in the water.

Facility of 7 Bidadari Waterfall
Unfortunately, this enchanting tourist spot is not directly proportional to the surrounding facilities. It is understandable, because the place is remote and in the middle of the wilderness. Tourists will certainly not find public facilities such as parking lots, toilets or prayer rooms.
In addition, do not expect to find food or drink sellers around 7 Bidadari Waterfall, tourists are advised to bring their lunch before entering the wilderness area.

Visit Time

7 Bidadari Waterfall is always open for tourist visits at any time. However, it is more advisable to start the journey when it is still early in the morning. Extreme road terrain will be difficult to pass if in a state of minimal lighting. In addition, also avoid visiting during the rainy season, yes.

Just a few stories about the 7 nymphs waterfall tourist attractions, hopefully it will be useful for all tourists in this community. Thank you.
