This is my opportunity to promote by reviewing the cultural and tourism richness in Takengon City. Mountains, roads, downtown, public facilities compete for the spotlight. For the sake of reputation and an existence that has an attractive value for human life and for values ​​that have an impact on all sides that provide benefits to support human life.

When an era measures presence by how responsive a country is on social media, the City of Takengon is also involved in fulfilling its potential and capabilities as well as with various existing local wisdoms. Not to forget, the Gayo generation has also started to be creative and actively appear on various platforms that are popular in cyberspace. The Takengon area, precisely in Central Aceh, is indeed famous for its variety of tourism and culture.

The place is cool and beautiful, as well as the cold weather makes traveling here more interesting than a number of other cities in Aceh. Along with the times, it seems that Takengon City continues to improve into a magnificent city that can attract tourists, but does not abandon the value of local wisdom and ignores the greatness of historical values. Like the construction of the Aman Dimot Monument in the center of Takengon City.

This is a monument that has been built for decades to perpetuate the historical value of the ancestors which is then displayed to the current generation. The monument that tries to bind us to remember about the Gayo hero, he is Abu Bakar Aman Dimot. Whatever the current form of the monument, efforts to honor these warriors must be preserved and passed on to the Tanoh Gayo generation from generation to generation.

The colorful body of the Aman Dimot Monument stands firmly in the center of Takengon. The outside of the monument is designed so that visitors feel comfortable while enjoying the charm of city transportation. On the right and left of the monument there is a wide field that contrasts with the green grass.

The city of Takengon is now trying to provide public space around the area outside the monument. The Aman Dimot Monument is also a monument that is very crowded with visitors, because it is a park and a comfortable resting place. The location is right behind the Ruhama Grand Mosque Takengon and in front of the Central Aceh Police Station or right in front of the Takengon Regent's office.

The place is strategic and easily accessible to many people. The monument also has its own history about the Gayo hero, namely Aman Dimot. Beside the Aman Dimot Monument, there is also a field and trees, green grass for shelter.

Not only that, there are also rides for children to play around. And around or on the sidewalk of the park there are also benches to sit and rest, many food vendors selling there such as dumplings, egg martabak, grilled meatballs, and other contemporary foods. And the most interesting thing is that there are also those who sell coffee in their cars, adding to the taste of their tanoh gayo with a special coffee drink from gayo.

The people who come are mostly young people who sit on the edge of the park, while enjoying food on the edge of the park. Many parents also rest while taking their children to play on the rides provided around the monument. Many people also visit in the afternoon to just spend the afternoon.

This monument is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved for our children and grandchildren. Takengon is always beautiful to remember with its diversity, local wisdom, and the friendliness of its people. I am very happy to be able to share content that can educate us all.
