Grilling Chicken and Enjoying Coffee at D' Ground Cafe & Resto With Natural Aesthetics

When my friend who works outside the area returns home, we make a celebration. Celebration to welcome his return. He works outside the area and is rarely able to return to his village.

As soon as we heard the news of his return, we planned to have a celebration. Friends we have known since high school. We have shared many moments of life with them.

Celebrating his return with a simple, but giving the feel of family and happiness. That day, we took him on a trip to the mountains. We planned to grill the chicken there.

All my friends were with me on the trip that day. The moment where we can get together again to enjoy the journey and the beauty of the universe. The purpose of the trip is to go to D'Ground Cafe & Resto located on Mount Salak, North Aceh.

The journey to this location only takes about 1 hour. We traveled by motorbike. The tour starts at the intersection point of Jalan Simpang Elak, Lhokseumawe.

This track has a smooth and wide asphalt road. Then took us to the path of Jalan PT. KKA - BENER MERIAH. Entering this track, the asphalt road still looks smooth but not so wide.

After passing for 3 KM from Simpang Krueng Geukuh, the track begins to enter the hilly area. The road is not so wide, it has bends, climbs and descents. We have to be more careful on this track because the side of the road is covered with weeds.

Along the way on our left and right there are valleys and hills. Natural and exotic natural scenery with mountain nuances is more pleasing to the eye. After crossing the Krueng Tuan bridge, the cool air begins to feel, the air calms the soul.

Traveling on this track requires a tour guide leader at the front. He who will guide the entire motor to go on the right track at a normal speed. The trip on the motorbike was so fun that it didn't feel like we had arrived at the destination restaurant.

Arriving at this cafe, we immediately parked the vehicle and headed to the location to grill the chicken. The chicken that we have prepared at home, has been boiled and seasoned. In this place we just need to bake it.

Not far from the restaurant location, there is a good spot for grilling. We roasted chicken by the roadside, behind which was a valley. Grilling using firewood and charcoal that we brought with us.

We can enjoy the beautiful and exotic nature with its cool nuances. The sound of crickets and the wild life of animals in the valley also enliven the atmosphere. Natural sounds of nature and noise that seems so typical of wild life in nature.

We took shelter under a shady cypress tree. Fir and pine are plants that dominate the genetic life of the fauna in this area. The gentle breeze and cool air soothe the soul.

After 15 minutes of roasting the chicken, we immediately ate it with rice and soy sauce that had been mixed. The soy sauce is mixed with a mixture of tomato sauce, pieces of red onion, pieces of tomatoes, and pieces of cayenne pepper. The combination of fragrant spices with spices and soy sauce makes grilled chicken very tasty.

We sat in a circle on the ground without a base. Enjoy the beautiful universe while eating delicious grilled chicken. It was quite a pleasant moment to be able to visit this area with my friends.

After lunch, we went straight into the cafe to enjoy a fresh drink. This Cafe and Resto provides various types of tropical food and drinks. For example, such as fried rice, fried chicken rice, chicken soup, chicken meatball noodles, Aceh noodles, and various fried foods.

The warm and fresh drink that is the prima donna at this cafe is sanger coffee. Sanger coffee, which is made from Gayo Mountain's specialty coffee, has a very delicious taste. Gayo coffee is very famous for its distinctive aroma and taste level.

In addition, gayo coffee also has a low acid level. Enjoying coffee at the bar table in this aesthetically pleasing room provides a sense of comfort. This cafe also has a number of supporting facilities, such as toilets and prayer rooms.

At the back of the cafe, there is a spot for taking selfies. Nice spot, where there is a beautiful view of the mountains. Nature that is formed naturally looks so charming.

On that day, we sat and told stories, jokes, dreams and life achievements. Share experiences and exchange ideas with friends. To capture the moment, we also took a selfie on the front of this cafe with the same cafe name.
