The name of this dish is Lachcha Semai. Semai is cooked in different ways. But Lachcha Semai is the best. Lachcha semai requires several species of spices and milk sugar.
Ingredients needed to cook 1 kg lachcha semai.
- Milk 2 litter
- Suger 1/2 kilo
- Nuts 20 pic
- Raisins 50 pic
- White cardamom and black cardamom 5 pic
If these spices are within your reach. Then you can easily serve 1kg lachcha semai.
Later, of course, I will present to you the recipe for cooking Lachcha Semai. Because today is not my time. I went to the coaching center. Back home from coaching, I saw that I think this semai has cooked. She likes Lachcha Semai very much and eats a lot.
At present, Lachcha Semai is most used in Bangladesh on Eid day. Because before going to the morning prayers on the day of Eid, if lachcha semai is not cooked at home. Then all the boys in the house can get angry. Because the fun of going to Eidgah Maidan after eating semai together in the morning on the day of Eid is different.
I am really happy to see Lachcha Semai in the kitchen at home. That is why guests will come to our house today. That is why Lachcha Semai has been organized at our house today. Also different types of ceremonies are used except Eid day. This dish is a very important traditional dish that is served in the homes of people all over the world. Because there is no difference.

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আশা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন। আপনাদের মাঝে আমি আজকে এমন একটি খাবারের কথা বলব যে খাবার ছাড়া অতিথি আপ্যায়ন হয় না এবং এটা একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার। আপনাদের মাঝে সুন্দর একটি খাবারের ছবি এবং সেই খাবারটির রিভিউ উপস্থাপন করে আমি আজকে উপস্থিত হয়েছি।
এই ঐতিহ্যবাহী লাচ্ছা সেমাই সম্পর্কে আপনাদের মাঝে লিখলাম এবং একটা কনটেস্ট অংশগ্রহণ করলাম এই কনটেস্টে আমন্ত্রণ জানাচ্ছি আমি আমার তিনজন বন্ধুকে @farid21 @siam7 @mdafridi
এই খাবারটি নাম হচ্ছে লাচ্ছা সেমাই। সেমাই বিভিন্ন ভাবে রান্না করা হয়। তবে লাচ্ছা সেমাই সবচেয়ে ভালো লাগে। লাচ্ছা সেমাই তৈরিতে কয়েক প্রজাতির মসলা এবং দুধ চিনির দরকার হয়।
১ কেজি লাচ্ছা সেমাই তৈরিতে প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্র
১. দুধ ২ লিটার
২. চিনি ১/২ কেজী
৩. বাদাম ২০ পিচ
৪. কিচমিচ ৫০ পিচ
৫. সাদা ও কালো এলাচ ৫ পিচ
এসব মসলা সামগ্রী যদি আপনার হাতের নাগালের মধ্যে থাকে। তাহলে আপনি খুব সহজেই 1kg লাচ্ছা সেমাই পরিবেশন করতে পারবেন।
পরবর্তীতে অবশ্যই আপনাদের মাঝে আমি লাচ্ছা সেমাই রান্না করার রেসিপি উপস্থাপন করব। কারণ আজকে আমার সময় হয়নি। আমি কোচিং সেন্টারে গিয়েছিলাম। কোচিং থেকে বাসায় ফিরে দেখলাম আমার ভাবি এই সেমাই রান্না করেছে। সে খুব লাচ্ছা সেমাই পছন্দ করে এবং খুব খায়।
বর্তমানে ঈদের দিনে লাচ্ছা সেমাইয়ের ব্যবহার সবচেয়ে বেশি হয় আমাদের বাংলাদেশে। কারণ ঈদের দিন সকাল বেলায় নামাজে যাওয়ার আগে যদি বাসায় লাচ্ছা সেমাই রান্না না করা হয়। তাহলে বাসার ছেলে মানুষেরা সবাই রেগে যেতে পারে। কারণ ঈদের দিন সকাল বেলা একসঙ্গে সেমাই খেয়ে ঈদগাহ ময়দানে যাওয়ার মজাই অন্যরকম।
বাসায় রান্নাঘরে লাচ্ছা সেমাই দেখে আমি সত্যিই আনন্দিত। আজকে আমাদের বাসায় মেহমান আসবে সেই কারণে আজকে বাসায় লাচ্ছা সেমাই এর আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও ঈদের দিন ছাড়া বিভিন্ন ধরনের অনুষ্ঠানের ব্যবহার করা হয়। এই খাবার ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার হিসেবে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি খাবার যা পৃথিবীর সকল মানুষের বাসায় পরিবেশন হয়ে থাকে। কারণ এতে কোনো রকমের ভেদাভেদ নেই।
আপনাদের মাঝে আমি আজকে সুন্দর একটি খাবার উপস্থাপন করলাম। আমাদের দেশে এটা একটা ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার। কারণ কোনো না কোনো অনুষ্ঠানে এই খাবারের আয়োজন করা হয় এটা বাধ্যতামূলক। লাচ্ছা সেমাই ছাড়া অনুষ্ঠান পার্টির মজায় থাকেনা। আজকে আমি এই ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার সম্পর্কে আপনাদের মাঝে লিখলাম। পরবর্তীতে আবার নতুন কোন ধরনের খাবার বা রিভিউ নিয়ে আপনাদের মাঝে উপস্থিত থাকবো। সবাই ভাল থাকুন সুস্থ থাকুন। আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম।
