Hello friends, I hope everyone is well. Today I will introduce you to the traditional food of my Bogra city. I would like to review this food with you. A few days ago, when the month of Ramadan started, we organized a chicken grill in Iftar. My brother brought chicken grill from one of the restaurants. The fun of eating chicken grill during iftar is different.
Before Iftar, my brother went to the women's college stand. There are a few restaurants. Ordered a grill at one of the restaurants. She made the grill in an hour and she came to Iftar for us with the grill. Then a grill can serve well to about 5 people while serving it. But since there were 6 of us, we had to cut the grill with a knife. It was then served separately in seven plates.
The grill just can’t be eaten empty. Nanruti is to be taken with grill. My brother wisely took 6 loaves of bread. We ate grill with nan bread. Iftar call was given then we started iftar and even then the grill was hot. Very interesting food if you want you can try this food. You will find this dish in different restaurants. You must order chicken grill in advance. After a while your order will be completed and you will be given a grill and five loaves of bread if you spend 500 rupees.
My brother was the first to arrive home with the grill. Then I saw that each grill was cut apart in a beautiful box and the grill was divided into four parts and served in four boxes by the people of the restaurant. But we had to divide it separately and cut it again in each grill with a knife. You can see the boxes in the picture.
While walking in the streets of our Bogra city, there is a beautiful chicken grill show in the glass outside the hotel. The fire was started with a small gas cylinder. These are slowly becoming hits. After you order, they will take the chicken grills inside and heat them nicely, make the grill completely and then serve.
Today I wrote to you about the restaurant or the traditional food chicken grill in my city. If 100 customers come to the restaurant every day. About 60 of them come to the restaurant to eat chicken grill. That is why I have served this dish among you as a traditional dish. হ্যালো বন্ধুরা আশা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন। আজকে আমি আমার বগুড়া শহরের ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবারের সঙ্গে আপনাদের পরিচয় করিয়ে দিবো। তার সঙ্গে এই খাবারের রিভিউ আপনাদের মাঝে আমি করতে চাই। কয়েকদিন আগে যখন রমজান মাস শুরু হয়েছিল তখন ইফতারীতে আমরা মুরগির গ্রিল এর আয়োজন করেছি। আমার ভাইয়া মুরগির গ্রিল নিয়ে এসেছিল কোন এক রেস্টুরেন্ট থেকে। ইফতারের সময় মুরগির গ্রিল খাওয়ার মজাই অন্যরকম।
ইফতারের আগে আমার ভাইয়া মহিলা কলেজ স্ট্যান্ডে গিয়েছিল। সেখানে রেস্টুরেন্ট আছে কয়েকটা। যেকোনো একটা রেস্টুরেন্টে গ্রিলের অর্ডার করেছিলো। তার এক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রিল তৈরি করে দিয়েছিল এবং সে গ্রীল নিয়ে আমাদের জন্য ইফতারে উপস্থিত হয়েছিল। তারপর এটা পরিবেশন করার সময় একটা গ্রিল প্রায় ৫ জন ভালোভাবে খেতে পারে। কিন্তু আমরা ৭ জন ছিলাম বলে গ্রিল টি চাকু দিয়ে কাটতে হয়েছে। তারপর সাতটি প্লেটে আলাদা আলাদা ভাগ করে পরিবেশন করা হয়েছে।
গ্রিল শুধু খালি খালি খাওয়া যায় না। গ্রিলের সঙ্গে নানরুটি নিতে হয়। আমার ভাইয়া বুদ্ধি করে ৬ টি নান রুটি নিয়েছিল। নান রুটি দিয়ে গ্রিল আমরা খেলাম। ইফতারের আজান দিল তখন আমরা ইফতার শুরু করি এবং তখনও গ্রীল গরম ছিল। খুবই মজাদার খাবার আপনারা চাইলে এই খাবারটি পরীক্ষা করে দেখতে পারেন। বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্টে আপনারা এই খাবারটি পেয়ে যাবেন। আপনাকে অবশ্যই অগ্রিম অর্ডার করতে হবে মুরগির গ্রিলের। তার কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই আপনার অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হবে এবং আপনার হাতে দিয়ে দেবে ৫০০ টাকা খরচ করলে একটা গ্রিল এবং পাঁচটি নান রুটি পেয়ে যাবেন।
প্রথমে গ্রিল যখন নিয়ে বাসায় পৌঁছে ছিল আমার ভাইয়া। তখন দেখলাম সুন্দর একটি বক্সে প্রত্যেকটা গ্রিল কাটিং করে আলাদা করে দিয়েছেন এবং একটা গ্রিল চারটি ভাগে ভাগ করে চারটি বক্সে করে পরিবেশন করে দিয়েছিল রেস্টুরেন্টের লোকেরা। কিন্তু আমাদের সেটা আলাদা ভাগ করে প্রত্যেকটি গ্রীলের মধ্যে আবার চাকু দিয়ে কাটতে হয়েছে। ছবিতে আপনারা বাক্সগুলো দেখতে পাবেন।
আমাদের বগুড়া শহরের মধ্যে রাস্তায় চলাফেরা করার সময় হোটেলের বাইরে গ্লাসের মধ্যে সুন্দর করে মুরগীর গ্রীল শো করা থাকে। ছোট্ট একটি গ্যাসের সিলিন্ডার দিয়ে আগুন দেওয়া হয়। এগুলো আস্তে আস্তে হিট হতে থাকে। আপনি অর্ডার করার পরে মুরগির গ্রিল গুলোকে তারা ভিতরে নিয়ে যাবে এবং সুন্দরভাবে গরম করে গ্রীল সম্পূর্ণরূপে তৈরি করে তারপর পরিবেশন করবে।
আজকে আমি আপনাদের মাঝে রেস্টুরেন্ট বা আমার শহরের ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার মুরগির গ্রিল সম্পর্কে লিখলাম। প্রত্যেকদিন রেস্টুরেন্টের মধ্যে যদি ১০০ জন কাস্টমার আসে। তাদের মধ্যে ৭০ জন কাস্টমার মুরগির গ্রীল খাওয়ার জন্য রেস্টুরেন্টে এসে ভিড় জমায়। তাই আমি আপনাদের মাঝে এই খাবারটি কে ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার হিসেবে পরিবেশন করলাম। আমার লেখার মধ্যে ভুল ত্রুটি থাকলে অবশ্যই আমাকে কমেন্টের মাধ্যমে জানাবেন।
