What a wonderful Sunday travelers,

The weather forecast is 32 degrees celsius in the city. Since it's kinda hot therefore I and my friends decided to go to this public beach located in our area. This beach is located in a rural area which only a few people know it. Locals name it a "secret island" due to the struggle pathway going there.

But once you arrive in the place you will amaze due to the clear water, some white sands and bermudagrass in the area.
Since it is a public beach, locals maintain the cleanliness of the area. There are a few houses in the area which is they offer some tables and tents if you want to do an overnight stay. But for us, since we just want to chill and unwind to lower our body temperature we decided to stay an hour.

And then we realize that we don't carry any food and water and the store from is too far from the place it's like a struggle for us to find a store and to buy some foods and water. Then suddenly there was a boatman who sell some seafoods to the people who are swimming in the place.

The first food they sell and we bought was a "swaki" it is a bisaya term for the sea urchin. It cost 2 dollars per bottle. Locals sell it using a coca cola bottle it is like a container because after you will finish eating you can just place the empty bottle in the area and they will collect and re-use it after.

The next food offer by the boatman was scallops the fresh scallops caught from the sea of Mactan island they sell it for 4 dollars per tray with a free coconut vinegar sauce and a hot chili within. I must say this is more delicious than the "swaki" from the first one.

The last food they offer to us is one of my favorite kinds of seafood ever this is "saang" in local dialect or spider shell it is a little expensive than the first and the second seafood one saang is cost 20 pesos they sell it for a piece but since we don't have enough money and we want to eat that thingy we tried to bargain it for 10 pesos per piece and luckily the seller agrees with the price. The best partner of eating the saang is the coconut vinegar with a lot of chili on it, wow and you can say it "lami kaayo" which means delicious.

If you want to visit Mactan Island Philippines, the city offers different delicious foods which are very affordable and also they offer discounted places if you want to stay overnight.

Keep safe. Keep traveling. Keep wandering.

That's something! The name and the place description stimulates my imagination. I can imagine, it's a lovely, calm place, far away from the tourist crowds :) And what a nice way to reuse the bottles :))
