If you have an interesting recording of your own authorship that you would like to share with others, or if you prefer to record a video instead of presenting the content in a written form, this post is perfect for you. Adding a movie
1)) To publish a video on YouTube, you will need to create an account on this site. Click on the „add videos” icon in the upper right corner. From the list that appears, select the "upload file" option
2)) You can drag the movie file to the window that appears, or select it from the list of files, by clicking the "select file" button
3)) In the meantime, when your video is uploading to the website, you can give it a title and add a description. Additionally, select whether the video is intended for children, select a thumbnail for the cover and optionally add it to an existing playlist. Click "next".
4)) In the next tab you will be able to add subtitles to your movie. Click "next"
5)) After the video is loaded, youtube will scan it for copyright. This process is highly imperfect, but there is no effective way to appeal to effects. In my case, youtube found the copyrighted audio track and reserved the possibility of posting advertisements in exchange for publishing the video. To avoid advertising, post a video on d.tube. Click "done"
6)) Choose a movie character. You have three options at your disposal:
- private, visible only to you (if you choose this option, it will not be possible to share the movie on Steemit)
- Non-public, available to people with a link - visible on Steemit but not displayed in the youtube search engine
- Public, searchable on youtube by all users
In this tab you can also schedule the publication of the movie for later. This is a good solution for bloggers who publish their videos regularly, always at the same time. Click "publish"
Your video is available on youtube. Congratulations!
Posting a movie on Steemit
There is nothing easier than adding a youtube video on Steemit.
Search for the video you want to share. It can be a video of your authorship or someone else's work. In that case, be sure to tag the author appropriately.
Click "share" - you will see a link to youtube. You can share the full movie or mark that you want it to run from a certain minute. Copy the link and paste it into your Steemit post. It’s ready!
D.Tube
The alternative to youtube is d.tube. It is a decentralized platform where no advertisements will be displayed and the content shared will not be limited in any way. In addition, the authors of the films have the opportunity to earn cryptocurrencies for their works, including STEEM cryptocurrencies - you receive them for upvotes, just like on our platform.
Adding a movie
1)) To add a movie, register at https://d.tube. The icon for adding a movie is in the upper right corner, just like on youtube. You will be presented with several options. Each method of adding a video is better in other situations - each has its own advantages. The simplest option is "File Upload".
You can drag the movie file to the window that is displayed to you, or select the file from the list in the traditional way. Then click "next". After loading the file, the technical data will be displayed - you do not need to change anything, just click "finish"
In the next window, you will have to complete a few fields. Enter the title of the video, short description, choose the most relevant tag (only one is allowed). In Thumbnail you choose the cover of the movie. You can do this by pasting the URL into an image file or by uploading it in the traditional way from disk.
On the right, check the visibility (it should be set to "public"). If you are the author of the movie, select "original content". If the content is inappropriate for children (nudity, violence), select "NSFW". Then click "publish video". Ready!
Submitting a video to Steemit looks quite similar. Select the video you want to share, copy the link to it and include it in your post. Both in the case of youtube and d.tube, the video will appear in a version ready for viewing, it will not require redirection to an external portal.

Agregar una película

Publicando una película en Steemit
No hay nada más fácil que agregar un video de youtube en Steemit.
Busque el video que desea compartir. Puede ser un video de su autoría o el trabajo de otra persona. En ese caso, asegúrese de etiquetar al autor de forma adecuada.
Haga clic en "compartir"; verá un enlace a youtube. Puede compartir la película completa o marcar que desea que se ejecute a partir de un minuto determinado. Copia el enlace y pégalo en tu publicación de Steemit. ¡Está listo!

Agregar una película
