Lake Toba is the name that shot North Sumatra the travel industry to the world level. Geologists accept that Lake Toba is the product of the most remarkable volcanic emission that has at any point existed on the planet. The emission countless years prior shaped a lake 100 km long and 30 km wide. Lake Toba has a length of 100 kilometers and a width of 30 kilometers, which is situated in the region of North Sumatra, Indonesia. This lake is the biggest lake in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. In this lake there is a volcanic island called Samosir Island.

Visitors flood Lake Toba from April to August because it coincides with the school holidays. At that time the weather was sunny so it was a good time to enjoy Lake Toba. The recommended visit time is around four to five days, considering that the trip to Lake Toba is time consuming.

Getting to Samosir Island can be done in the morning by buying a ferry ticket for IDR 10,000 per person. And, while waiting for the ship's departure, we can hunt photos around the lake, capturing the beauty and breadth of Lake Toba. Apart from being a tourist spot, it turns out that this lake is the foundation of life for the surrounding community. They use the water of Lake Toba as the main spring in their daily life.

During the crossing, we will be treated to beautiful natural views of the lake, blue skies, and cool air. Lake Toba's weather can even hypnotize visitors so they feel at home for long here.

Uniquely, this island has a lake tourist attraction. There are two lakes on the island in the middle of Lake Toba, namely Lake Sidihoni and Aek Natonang.

We will continue our journey back to Rantau Parapat. After arriving at Rantau Parapat and boarding a travel car to be transferred to the city of Medan to the address that was crossed according to the conversation at the travel office. Finally I went home.
