Photo contest: Perfect Day in Paradise // CLUB75

It was an ordinary winter day. For everyone in my snowy country. But not for me.

There are places in the world that can be compared to Paradise. I understand, of course, that everyone has their own idea of Paradise, but surely it must be very beautiful in Paradise. As it is here in the Dominican Republic.

Imagine the feeling of a person who wrapped himself in a fur coat in the morning and went to the airport with his nose red from the cold. Minus 30 Celsius. Then you fly for 13 hours. After that you travel for three hours to your hotel. Then in some kind of oblivion, not even understanding where you are, because the time zone change is very sharp, you fall asleep.

In the morning you wake with the singing of some exotic birds, you open the door leading to the veranda and see a gorgeous pool. Caribbean music caresses the ear, the waiters are already serving breakfast in a wonderful place under big palm trees.

Coffee with rum, tropical fruits, some people dancing around. Beds with light curtains, where you lie half asleep by the pool, sipping cocktail after cocktail.. mm.. pina colada.. daiquiri.. margarita.

-Let's go to the sea, - your beloved man says,- they say it is calm and clean here.

You can't get to the sea immediately. First you have to go through a park with blooming roses and some other huge flowers that you see for the first time in your life.

And here you are on the beach. In a blue lagoon with snow-white sand. Everything is so harmonious here. The sea, people, even the dogs, who also came to admire the sunset.

The huge disk of the sun is slowly sinking directly into the sea, somewhere there, beyond the horizon. You are standing with your feet in the sand, the sea is caressing next to you and at this moment you realize that you are the happiest of all mortals. You can join the beauty, feel the moment that is constantly eluding you. One minute ago it was your present, and now it's the past.

Palm trees, the sea and the sand - a perfect day. Is it banal? Yes, probably, but everything in life depends on what angle you look from, what exactly you see, how exactly you feel.
