Today I will discuss with you in detail about the work of making earthen rings for blacksmiths and looms in Bangladesh and their handicrafts. In a very beautiful way these blacksmiths make earthen rings with their hands. Let's try to figure out how to do that. Let's get started today.

Seeing and traveling making clay rings.

These clay rings are made in different districts of Bangladesh. This ring is made by a class of people in Bangladesh who are called blacksmiths and waistcoats. However, this soil is made in different parts of Bangladesh. Today we will look at how clay is made and observe the artistic patterns of beautiful handicrafts.

In this picture you can see a waist making this clay with his own hands. He is doing the job of making this clay ring in a very beautiful way. It requires high quality clay and sandy loam or clay soil and water and sand and other equipment. He makes these very commonly.

After making the clay rings, they are given for drying in the sun. When they are dried in the sun with sufficient heat, arrangements are made to burn them. A hole is made in the fire to burn the rings.

The potters make this clay with great care. These clay rings as the main way to determine their livelihood. So they make a living by selling these earthen rings to manage their livelihood. Pictures are shared with you about the use of clay tools and the scenes of its burning. I hope you like it a lot and understand.

The hole that burns these clay rings is shown to you. These holes are dug deep enough with a sufficient amount of spade. And in this the parts are placed or the soil is placed. After these clay rings are placed here, they are covered with soil. And these rings are burned using a sufficient amount of fire. Wood charcoal is used to burn these rings properly. These potters burn these earthen rings very nicely with this charcoal. It takes about 20 days to burn. Then one day after burning, they are taken out and put in the sun again.

When this clay ring is finished, it takes on a red or yellow color. Wholesalers buy these earthen rings from here and sell them to traders elsewhere. And buys earthen rings from the public and uses them for necessary purposes.

What I don't quite understand how they create toilets with these rings afterwards? Do they construct a toilet well with these rings?

You took my question off my tongue. But I think they really use them as we have reinforced concrete rings. I have met very few toilets on the street with "rings". Usually just a hole is dug. But it depends on the soil, of course.

Thank you very much sir.❤️The specialty of this post is👇
In the rural areas of Bangladesh, these earthen rings are made by digging holes in the soil and a toilet pan is placed on top of these rings. In this way hygienic toilets are made in the rural areas especially in the villages.

Please I think this post should have a part two where you show us how the toilets are made. Like @datych said, I will also like to see where this rings goes, how it becomes a toilet. We here are limited to the Technologies we know.

Next I will post about how to make a toilet with a clay ring.🤔

Initially, I had a question - why do we need these rings? I found the answer. It was very unexpected for me.
In Russia, there are a lot of houses with toilets in the yard, in which such rings would be very useful!

Your idea is exactly about this clay ring.
Thanks ❤️

They burn for 20 days wow that's amazing .
