III Traditional Food Weekly Challenge - Making crispy purple with oil - #club5050 😀 🐬
Greetings all friends. Hope everybody is well.
III Traditional Food Weekly Challenge is going to take that part. I welcome and thank the Steem-Travelers community for participating in this contest for the Traditional Food Weekly third time. Where I will show you how to make oil fried purple with eggplant. Crispy fried purple in this oil is very tasty to eat. This purple is especially known as the main item of Iftar. So let's see how oil fried eggplant is made with eggplant.
All the ingredients are needed to make this oil fried purple.
- Eggplant
- Soybean oil
- Flour besan
- Fruit Color
- Salt and water
First, a whole eggplant is stolen and cut into thin slices so that the pieces of this thin eggplant are dipped in a flour dish to provide the necessary items for frying. And it is thinned so that the oil gets inside and becomes crispy in nature. So the eggplants are initially cut thin with a knife.
In the second part, the flour pellets have to be mixed well with water and salt. So that the combination of flour, salt water and besan is done well. After mixing these eight, salt-water and besan well in a bowl, thin pieces of eggplant are dipped in it and mixed well. So that these eggplants attached to the besan can be clearly covered by the screen.
The eggplant is then fried in hot oil in a pan and the eggplant is fried with a sufficient amount of heat. And enough oil is used to completely immerse these eggplant thin slices in the oil in the pan. And these thin slices of eggplant are dipped in oil and fried till they turn pink.
The thin eggplant pieces that are left in the hot oil in the pan are flipped over and over again through a good sieve. So that the pieces are well immersed in the oil and it is completely fried. Very nice depending entirely on the determined direction of the oil. The joy of frying this eggplant is very nice.
These thin slices of eggplant are fried in oil for about 10 to 15 minutes. And this work is done through filtration. When fully fried, the color of this eggplant turns pink. It is then understood that this purple has been fried and is ready to eat.
Anyway today I made this wonderful recipe of eggplant fried in oil I made at home with my own hands. I shared the whole process of making this purple with friends in this community. Hope you like it and let me know in the comments. Thanks everyone. Stay well, stay healthy.
