Talking about the word tiring, for me the word has been heard very often and even I feel it very often, because I am one of the people who likes rock climbing, and in my post this time I want to share some simple tips for all. steemians to reduce feeling a little tired when climbing.
For the most basic tips, maybe you have to prepare your mentality, because your mentality will be very influential when dealing directly with nature covered by dense forests, so if you are not mentally prepared then your heart will beat fast, making your whole body very weak.
The second tip is that before climbing, you should prepare physically as much as possible, and this can be done by jogging, push ups or swimming, and make sure you don't stay up late because it greatly affects the balance of your body.
The third tip is that on the sidelines of doing sports as above, you should occasionally eat foods that can increase endurance, such as eggs, milk, green beans, bananas and if necessary beef bone marrow.
The next tip, when you want to climb make sure you don't forget to bring a cream that prevents muscle pain, maybe like a balm or other pain relief ointment, the cream can be applied to the muscles or joints in the body. your muscles, but not too much because the balm contains several substances so it will feel very cold in humid weather and very hot in hot weather.
The fifth tip is not to drink too much water while climbing, because if you drink too much water your stomach will feel wobbly and it will affect your heart rate and the more you drink, the more thirsty you will feel, maybe you. have to get used to drinking a little water just to moisten the throat.
The sixth tip is not to push the steps too much, when the muscles start to hurt then rest until the pain subsides, if you keep pushing it will be very dangerous for your bone joints and the consequences are terrible.
And the last tip, when you want to stop for a moment on the hiking trail, make sure the rest is not in a lying position, because it will inhibit the pumping of the heart, and this is also very bad. Perhaps you can rest by sitting back with your legs stretched out and breathing slowly.
And those are some tips from me to reduce fatigue a little while climbing, hopefully my tips can be useful for all steemians, especially for steemians who like rock climbing.
