Assalamualaikum I hope you are all very well I am very well by the grace of Allah today I have come to participate in this contest and I am very happy to participate in that competition

The main theme of this contest is to write or talk about historical food and I will talk to you about that one historical food and how to make it. I will share their pictures with you. I hope you all like it a lot.

And this semi has been a historic food of Bangladesh to eat these tasty and these semines we cook at different ceremonies, such as we have made them at home and in different ceremonies in the home day of the Eid.

These semai are very tasty to eat and we love to eat these and it has become a historical food of Bangladesh and these we get in different hotels and restaurants and it is very nice to eat these these are our historical food so we make these for different occasions It tastes good and they taste good

The materials required to make these are described below

This historic dish is cooked with these 10 ingredients and is much tastier when used

These are cooked with materials. So I shared what I did when I cooked.

Step 1

Cinnamon, white spices, bay leaves should be left in this milk first.

These spices are very tasty when mixed with milk

After mixing these with milk, this milk pan should be put on the stove and these milks should be heated and boiled.

Then, sugar to milk. The reason for giving sugar. To sweeten them. If not sweet, it does not like to eat Semai. So these milk are shown with sugar, so that they are very sweet. So need to be given sugar in this milk

Step 2

The milk is heated again with sugar in the milk. When heated, semai is poured into this milk.

There is more work to be done after pushing the semai into the milk.

Step 3

This limit is after pouring them in milk. Kacha Nuts are heated. Heating these raw nuts are taken to dry up when dried up. Leave this nut bark.

Step 4

After peeling these nuts, they have to be fried again with oil.

Step 5

The dates are cut into small pieces. After chopping the dates, some of the dates are fried with oil and some of these dates are also fried with oil.

Step 6

Then these dates, raisins and nuts are mixed together and after mixing they are sprinkled on top of this semai.

These nuts, raisins, dates are sprinkled on this semai. This historical dish was made after that and these dishes are very delicious to eat. These have to be left for a while. Because it's still hot. These do not like to eat hot. So we left them to cool down and when they are cold they are much better to eat.
