Phenomenal post, you hit some great points, some I hadn’t even really thought of yet! There are so many, you could go on and on.

Like why, if the lockdown was so necessary back then, and the virus is spreading so much more quickly now, all we need to currently do is wear masks, wait for the vaccine and we can get back to normal? Conversely, if masks do work like they claim, as they began claiming in April, then why on earth were they not mandating them back then at the height of the pandemic (peak deaths and peak of ‘first wave’)?
