If they actually cared about car emissions they would be talking about sprawl and if they cared about reducing sprawl they would talk about wiping out real estate speculation. That of course is what the country is what the country was built around and why we need to commute to work or anywhere else we need to go instead of taking a tram or bicycle. Of course, addressing the root of the problem isn't profitable but selling overpriced mobile computers is very profitable.
