This Is Not a 2008 Crash, This Is a Comupance Upon the Greatest Missallocation Of Resources
I hate to do back to back blogs on the same subject, but i was listening to a U-tuber talk, again, about buying foreclosures, and waiting till the bottom of this crash and then buy into rental properties.
And, this would be good advice if this was 2008 all over again.
But it's not. This time things ARE different.
And i feel motivated to write about how it is different, and so you won't get trapped wasting your precious money on sink holes.
Suburban Sprawl to be abandoned
Within our lifetimes, we will see these hot zones of huge house price increases go from millions to zero.
I do not mean that today's coveted suburban house prices will crash (like 2008), i mean they are going to be abandoned and some enterprising kids in the future will dismantle them for every valuable item that can be transported to a place they can be used.
You will not be able to give these suburban homes away.
So, if you snatch some up thinking you are getting a good deal, well, you are only buying into a market that will continue to fall.
Demographics is against house prices
Do not bet against demographics.
Just the demographics will cause suburban house prices to plummet.
Baby boomers moving into retirement homes or grave yards will put so much supply on the market, that the house prices will never recover.
But, we have more!
VAXXX deaths are still increasing.
The VAXXX infertilities will be devastating.
So, if nothing more happened, suburban houses will be priced at: find one that is empty and move in.
But, more is coming!
Cities will become death traps.
Our suburbs are designed to be traversed by car. How much of that will be happening when fuel prices go over $10 a gallon? And cars start to approach $100k for a new, inexpensive one. (yes, this is by design. Net zero means that you, the average person gets zero.)
But, the real killer for suburbs...
Food rationing.
Food Scarcity
Many cities are described as food deserts. As shoplifting and blatant disregard for others make keeping a store in the city a daunting task, most have just left. This is going to spread to suburbs as inflation and scarcity makes food harder and harder to get.
Then, the mother WEFers swoop in with their food rationing programs.
So, planned and unplanned food shortages show up everywhere in the cities.
The horrible thing during these food crises will be that suburban gardens will be shut down with insane fervor. It will be the weirdest thing, since any normal person would say, more food, more better. But that goes against the mother WEFers who have bought the city councils. No food security for you.
So, now is the time to sell your expensive suburban house, and get out of the cities.
Unless for some reason you do not mind your house's value going to zero (like you owe a million on it, and will never sell it for enough)
Unless you have lots of food stored up.
But still, it is going to get harder and harder to live in the suburbs.
I think the Head WEF'ers are about to die.
As far as suburbia going away - not.
Oh prices might drop and so on but, you're right about plague deaths and when one thinks about all the places that have low to no quality health care or vaccines...I am article that the number of people that have died is 2 billion. Whether that is true or not, I doubt it but I think the death, mental brain damage that occurs on the brain is obvious. Especially if you've had it, you know your mind is warped as a side effect like HIV dementia
yep, seeing the dementia.
People can't drive anymore. Have a guy that call these VAXXXidents.
And, will the mother WEFers go peacefully in their sleep or terrified in the face of an angry mob, with pitchforks and torches?
The later but it will be because a government or two steps and strips them for plotting to usurp. Have a nice day
