Humanity and the revolutionary power of Blockchain technology

The earth operates on laws. Whatever you do has either a positive or a negative impact on your life and the world at large. That’s the law of creation. Man is a “creature.” The nature of a man and his character is to create. I know of men that have created airplanes, cars, huge buildings, roads. It’s not magic. It’s simply a man using his intellect, researching, and putting ideas together including assembling certain components to formulate a hugely complex product.
I believe the idea of Airplanes, was birthed out of a man focusing and internalizing the life of a bird that keeps flying in the air. Hehe… someone had it in his heart and sought ways of creating artificial birds “Airplanes” that can fly somehow like the birds in the air as they transport people from one location to another far location.
A man like bill gates created his world of computers. I believe he fetched that idea from a human brain which is able to input, internalize and process plenty of information that is fed to it.
It’s so unfortunate that the creative power of mankind has been hindered for years by a certain kind of education system that mainly keeps bombarding the learners with theoretical knowledge. During my high school days, I was taught plenty of topics in different subjects. Passing exams was always my aim and not that I wanted it that way but it’s because of the subjective education style that we all have found in place.
I could read and revise my books just for the sake of passing exams. This is so common in Africa. Maybe the western world has done some adjustments in their education system whereby students are encouraged to do what they love doing right from their early school days; With an emphasis on applied knowledge than the theoretical.
At the beginning of last year, our government proposed and made some adjustments in the education curriculum of my country and this is a great signal that eventually the revolution is happening, which is geared towards the liberation of humanity by availing them a favorable and much better education system that enables human beings to effectively utilize their creativity.
Generally, man needs to be liberated from a certain knowledge trap that has blocked his critical thinking ability.
Certainly, Blockchain technology is revolutionizing everything that can be revolutionized. This has liberated man in a way that, it has created a sense of freedom for him to be able to do what he wants to do and not what other people have instituted in the ancient years through their centralized and subjective systems.
We are now having decentralized applications and social media blogging platforms like Steemit powered by blockchain technology. The impact of the steem ecosystem on humanity from the time of its conception in 2016 is very remarkable. On steemit, you find plenty of communities that avail users with a variety of options. These can opt to participate in any communities that they are comfortable with and create valuable work.
I believe it’s just getting started; the future for steem is just a bright one courtesy of the unstoppable power of Blockchain technology.
