I have placed an order to sell a fraction of SBD to Steem on the Steemit Market. But now neither the order nor the steem appear

Detailed explanation

I am powering up my steemit account and I am changing my SBD fractions for Steem.

I have always done it and I have had no problem selling it on the Steemit market.

But today the Steem purchase order disappeared and they have not returned the SBD fraction to me

The purchase order I placed was 0.190 SBD request 2.672 STEEM
