Amiga, acá en nuestro país no venden ese cono es lo mismo que el bordado líquido. Trabaja con ese.

Yes it's available in cone form at any art materials shop,called Gutta cone or glitter cone . Make your work very easily by this cone .it's liquid glued having dust or shimmer.

I tell you that instead they sell the liquid embroidery frosted with applicator cone in pencil form, so I have seen and used it.
Sure you can use in pen form .
