It is a lot you have to deal with and I agree that excercise is no option. Strengtening bones can only be done by the intake of the right vitamins and minerals this should be measured sind bodies aren't the same and not every body is able to take in the same percentage.
I hope you have something at hand to distract and do not have to suffer too much.
With us C, D3 and K7 is adviced as well and so is zinc.

Thanks be to God that I discovered this way of effectively treating my bones without buying the Cinacalcet because it is just prohibitively expensive and with nasty side-effects like a bad case of vertigo which causes me to get very dizzy to the point that it made me to throw-up and caused me a quality of life not to mention that lingering bitter taste in my mount and a far worse appetite which I am still contending until now although I am much better than ever before. 😀👍
