Jilapi is one of the traditional dishes of our country. Jaggery jllapi is available in various food stalls in Hat Bazaar almost throughout the year. But jaggery jelly available at the beginning of winter and tastes fresher and tastier than other times. Because date molasses is made only during winter season. A few days ago I saw Jaggery jllapi in a small hotel in the market. The jilapis looked amazing. They are very tasty. It has been a long time since I did not taste jaggery jilapi. Hope to test the jaggery jilapi in a few days.
