  • On St. Martin's Island, all that is visible to the unaided eye is blue. Here, the water and the blue of the sky are united. The mind is immediately touched by the blue sea waves below and the azure sky above. As though this were the only location where alliance could develop naturally. The unending roar of the sea and wide, sandy beaches characterize St. Martin as a blue kingdom.
