I really like the University of Caracas. The colorful buildings combined together have no sense of incongruity at all. Instead, there is a free atmosphere of the university.
There are also coffee shops here, which are much better than many online internet-famous coffee shops.
The only problem is that the prices are extremely high!!! A 50ml bottle of water costs 1 USD. Lipton black tea is 3.5 USD. A meat dish and a vegetarian dish in a Chinese restaurant cost more than 30 USD. However, the average monthly income here is less than 200 USD.
