What do you think about fear? We all have fears, right? But what do you think of the shadows? Yup. I'm talking about our own shadows when there is light. Today I want to talk about Carl Jung's concept of shadow. Jung thinks that every person has a dark side and this dark side can bring out the brutality and bad feelings in us. Actually, I think so too. And today I want to write my own thoughts entirely. I like to interpret things. I especially love to talk about normal fear and psychological fear. Because I think that most of the things we do in our daily life or in general, actually exist in our psychology and we construct everything in our minds, albeit a little.

So how can we control our shadow? It is very difficult to know exactly how we can control the evil within us and to be able to do so. But according to Jung, we need to be able to control our shadow. And this sometimes seems to be possible by controlling our emotions. But the most important thing is whether our shadow can overtake us. It can be very difficult to understand if our shadow takes over us. What you have to think about here are the killers. Jung actually thinks that murderers have lost their inner shadow. This makes what murderers and bad people do legitimate for themselves. But the truth is that there is no justification for harming any living thing.
