I hope you all are well. Today is Poson Poya Day. I wish all buddhist a blessed poson festival. I talked to you yesterday about the reasons why poson poya is important to buddhists. So today I am going to share with you all about Poson devotional songs. Devotional songs are performed for vesak and poson poya. Devotional songs are songs related to Lord Buddha and religious.

Yesterday we went to see devotional songs. It was at my little sister's school. The devotional song concert organized for poson pohoya started around 6 pm. The students, teachers, old students and parents of the school had organized this poson devotional song concert.

Several special guests were also present to watch this devotional concert. The devotional song performance started with the pooja dance by the grade 5 students. You can see in these pictures how little girls are dressed in children's sarees and little boys are dressed in national dress. Such devotional songs are sung by adults wear white sarees and children wear children's sarees and national costumes.

It is also customary to keep something like flowers in the hand while singing devotional songs. The first devotional song was sung by the children of the first year and then the children of the second year and third year sang devotional songs.

Actually, we could not stay there till the end of the devotional song because it was late. But this devotional song performance was very good.
