Alright.. Here are some photos that I managed to take this morning around my house.

A caterpillar is the larval stage of a member of the order Lepidoptera (an insect order in the same family as butterflies and moths).

Like most common names, the application of the term is arbitrary and larvae may also be called caterpillars. Both lepidopteran and symphytan larvae have an eruciform body shape.

Caterpillars of most species are herbivorous, but not all; a few (about 1%) are insectivorous, even cannibalistic. A few feed on other animal products; for example, moths eat wool, and horned moths eat hooves and dead animals.

Caterpillars are generally voracious animals and many of them are among the most serious agricultural pests.

In fact, many moth species are better known for their caterpillar stage (rather than their moth stage) because of the damage they cause to fruits and crops.

Conversely, many species of caterpillars are valued as a source of silk, as food for humans or animals, or for the biological control of pest plants.

Actually, caterpillars are the animals I hate the most, because the way they walk makes me ticklish to see them...
but for the sake of a beautiful picture, I am willing to endure all the ticklishness and hatred. and until now when posting this caterpillar picture I still feel very ticklish to see it..
