Hello friends assalamu alaikum how are you everyone hope everyone is well today i am bringing you a different kind of recipe today the recipe is how you can cook potal and fish at home.

So let's see how I cook potal.

The ingredients required for cooking potal and fish are:-

1. Shellfish and fish

   1. Chilli batter

   2. Chop the onion

   3. Garlic paste

   4. Cumin batter

   5. Salt

   6. Turmeric powder and

   7. Soybean oil etc

cooking methods,

First I peel the potle here and cut it into small pieces and put them in a bowl or jar.

Then we took a kadai and put the pattals we cut into small pieces in the oven and put the cut pattals and fish inside the kadai.

Then I put green chillies, salt and turmeric on the maal masalas that I had prepared on top of the potal and fish and cover it with a lid. The pot will start to boil, water will come out. You will continue to put the mesh on the stove until the water that has come out of your rice gourd dries up.

I will keep stirring until my rice squash is drained and my rice squash is cooked.

Once cooked, the water that has come out of the pot will be completely dry. Here, the water is completely dry, which means that my pot and fish are completely cooked.

Then I take another pan here inside the pan I put my amount of soybean oil when my soybean oil is hot I put the onion that I cut into the leaves and then I stir it lightly until it turns red. Until then I have moved on.

Then we put the pot that we boiled inside the soybean oil and then stir again so that the fried onions are fried and mixed inside.

Adding oil to the fry completes our potal and fish.
