Good afternoon everyone I am writing this post to participate in today's contest.
Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, I am fine too.
For today's photography contest, I have picked up a staple food of Hemant Kal.
This root of the low-fat creeping plant is what we call "Keshar" or 'Keshar Alu' in the vernacular.
Scientific Name- Yam Bean
Generally, this root is consumed as raw food and raw root juice.
Hopefully many people are well aware of it.
