Somtam or papaya salad is a popular food for Isaan Thai people. It is taking papaya and chopping it into small strips and then pounding it. Add chili, garlic, lime, tomatoes, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce. Some people like it sweet and add a little sugar. The taste Its taste will be strong, spicy, sour, sweet, salty.

• And this Somtam dish is my own creation. Since living in Italy, I can't count how many times I've eaten papaya salad because it's hard to find green papaya here. People here don't like to eat. I often make this menu because I have to buy papaya at an Asian store. I'll buy it once in a while.

• If I'am in Thailand and eat Somtam almost every day. Because I like , I have a feeling that when I eat papaya salad when I'm tired, I immediately feel more energetic and happy lol. And today I added ginger the taste is so stronger. And today there is wine to go with papaya salad, it's even more delicious.
