in this meeting I will share my story in my work as a teacher and I will also tell about the students I educate in my country, in my country we educate students using the independent curriculum system. We are also told to learn from the independent teaching platform, namely (PMM ) if in foreign countries the teaching system may use different methods, if in Indonesia it uses PMM, And being a teacher is not easy because we must always appear authoritative, persistent, not joke too much so that students don't underestimate us so that when they are in class they as students also think of us as teachers.

In my teaching system I use several methods in teaching my students such as:

1. creative

2. give and take with my students

3. Openly looking at students who are more or less

4. Become a serious teaching center

5. Repeat lessons that students find difficult

6. Always create discussions

7. Always provide motivators for students

   Most of them require students to always think creatively, even though the starting point for creative thinking is the teacher's job. A student is motivated to be creative after the student notices how a teacher becomes creative in front of his students, motivated to be creative after the student thinks and wants to be creative like the teacher. as a teacher is often referred to or imitated i
   because this is a measure of how smart or creative a student is, this can be seen from how smart and creative the teacher who teaches him is.

because in this world there is no such thing as a completely perfect human being, therefore we have to accept the strengths and weaknesses of a student and a teacher, so no teacher is perfect in all areas.
Teachers and students must understand each other's character so that there are no misunderstandings between the two, and also as a teacher we must be able to understand the character of our students because we as teachers definitely face different student characters and must accept each of our students' characteristics and We have to understand that sometimes there are students' characters who are still childish.

It is also important for us that a teacher must be open towards his students, meaning that students are expected to always be honest in everything when dealing with the teacher, for example to be more honest when students do not understand the material being presented. , it's good if the teacher has finished explaining, students who don't understand must ask the teacher so that when the teacher asks again the students are ready and can continue with the next material. This openness is also related to good communication from a teacher to his students so that it supports the learning process to be carried out according to expectations.

Feeling appreciated is one of the keys to being comfortable when taught by a teacher, but sometimes not all students want to be taught seriously, so for students who joke around a lot, we also have to teach them with jokes and laughter so that in the learning forum they look happy and want to follow along. learning activities, students also feel proud when they call or ask the teacher and receive good treatment or feedback from a teacher. With a response from the teacher, students will feel cared for and encouraged to ask the teacher new things.

(Repeating lessons that students consider difficult)
asking questions to students also has a big influence because it ensures that students have understood all the material explained, especially for students who are classified as having weak memory abilities because by asking questions students will feel motivated to find answers to the questions they ask. asked by the teacher, not only asking questions within the scope of learning, a teacher may also ask about the student's condition so that good communication can be established between the teacher and students.

Science develops along with the renewal of the world, which is always an interesting topic of conversation between teachers and students. The knowledge contained in books that is connected to new developments or discoveries related to the learning material being discussed is delicious food that is enjoyed by students. because students feel that they are getting new information, not only information from standard books but also new knowledge obtained from teachers, a teacher is required to always be updated and aware of the latest scientific developments that are currently developing. So that students' knowledge continues to develop according to the times, sharing knowledge is the main task for a teacher, but sharing experiences and solutions to life's problems is also permitted as long as it is able to form good character for students. This means that apart from making students' brains smarter, a teacher is also able to shape a student's good character.

This discussion is usually often applied when a teacher has explained all the material because this technique is effective enough to attract hidden talents that students have. At first, students will be very embarrassed to appear and explore their intelligence, but as the discussion progresses, students will get used to appearing and speaking. in the general public, with the emergence of self-confidence students will no longer hesitate to show their abilities in all things, class discussions are not just discussion activities between several students in one group but in the end they will present it in front of the class or even in front of all the students in the school , not only discussing one subject in the form of material that will be displayed in the form of PowerPoint slides, but in practical terms, for example art, sports, even story telling, this can also be applied.
A teacher who is said to be supersmart because teachers are required to be intelligent and know everything that students ask about science, apart from that a teacher must also be a superangel who always gives good examples, good advice and super motivations to form good character in students in between -In between study time or when the learning process is taking place, this is not called an additional task but rather the main task of a teacher because it is very difficult to approach students who are mentally difficult to change the student's bad characteristics. as a teacher, you must touch the students' hearts first before touching their brains, subdue the students' bad habits first and then subdue the students' minds. When students' bad habits and hearts have changed for the better, it is likely that the learning process will run smoothly.
