This is a dish that I cook as an appetizer for New Year's Eve, for the special dinner, waiting for the new year. This appetizer is scallops in mandarin sauce with citrus fruits (grapefruit and mandarin); simple, gourmet and delicious.
The menu, a special appetizer for a special day, such as New Year's Eve.

It is always a pleasure to share and post photos here.
