Food Photography Challenge - Week 10 | Luchnik
Luchnik is a Bulgarian dish made from dough, lots of onions, eggs, spinach, cheese, and "sharena sol" – a specific seasoning commonly used in Bulgaria, made from dried savory, mint, sweet or hot peppers, roasted pumpkin seeds, cooking salt, and sometimes wild thyme. This version of "luchnik" is made without cheese; instead, I used vegan cheese made from pumpkin seeds. In different regions of Bulgaria, it is prepared in various ways, with some people adding meat and others using yogurt. It's very delicious but also quite calorie-rich 😁
